Gotta love Oklahomas bibolar weather, ice storm one day, sunshine and Spring like weather the next. Recieved my severence pay just in time to buy this bad boy. It will practically power all essentials, light my entire house, TV & i got to vacuum! MUCH NEEDED AFTER A WEEK WITHOUT!

The generator is well built and even has a nice solid wheel axle pin. The gas gauge feature will come in handy. The e-z start instructions label on top with the fuel capacity on the gas tank cap will come in handy if I need a helper that never has used the generator to assist. It is a good size for the power it delivers. I can only give 4 stars so far because I have not yet used it for the purpose I bought it for but I wanted to submit a review for the generator cover.

I received this Generator 2 days after ordering it. It was packed extremely well for shipping. The only things that needed done after it was unpacked was put on the wheels, add oil, plug in the battery and fill the gas tank. After that it fired right up. i would recommend this generator. it is a high quality product.

I got the gen. in good order...but after filling oil and gas in order to test it, gas was leaking from the fuel shut-off valve. Good thing I noticed it or I might have had a incendiary surprise! I hope tech and warranty support can help me out with this issue. I have already contacted them about it.

We previously owned 3 generators, a Gentron 10,000, a Honda eu3000i, and Honda eu2000. This Wgen 5300c took the place of three and now we only have to maintain 1 power plant, it rins the entire house, the rv, and takes up very little space!!! Thank you Sooo much!

This generator is easy to start, smooth to idle, and quiet. It is my first generator, and we purchased it because of the recent high winds in California, which left some people without power. Having this generator saved us from throwing out food in two refrigerators and with the price of food it is worth having this generator.

Got this generator to replace one I bought 20 years ago. The old one was a beast. Though it produces the same watts, this Westinghouse is way easier to start, smaller, lighter weight, and very easy to maneuver in comparison. Now when the lights go out, it will bet quick and easy to power up.

I ordered the generator and it came about a week earlier than I expected. Thankful it did as we actually lost power 2 days after it was delivered. Put in the oil, gas and connected the battery and started right up. Ran for about 6 hours until power came back on. Powered our well pump, refrigerator, microwave, heat and several lights. Very satisfied.

This was a good price for all the features you get. It was easy to set up and this model came with a wheel kit. Many others don't. It seems sturdy and is heavy, so you need wheels to be able to move it. We had to cut the box just to get it out. We haven't run it yet but did a lot of research on portable generators and this has enough power for running our refrigerator and some minor appliances during a power outage. The blue and black color looks nice too.

Just put together and started it up on propane and ran two times to warm up and seat the rings/breaking some. The only negative I have is the oil fill cap/dipstick. Plastic that doesn’t start and thread great. Just cheap and hard to get to and screw back on. Either it vibrated loose or I didn’t get it on well the first time I ran it. That is minor and it seems to be a good product for the money.
