As soon as I unboxed my new generator my power went out! The assembly was very easy. We had our unit up and running within 20 minutes. A little loud but it got the job done. I was very impressed with the quick start. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this earlier and we recently had a storm and I fired it up for the first time. It ran most everything except the air conditioning. But that was to be expected. I need a larger unit to power the air conditioning. It did what I needed to do!

Received our new generator a couple of days ago. Did a lot of research before buying and decided on this make and model based on price and awesome reviews. So far am more than happy with it. Now if our power goes out like it did for 9 days last year we will still be "warm and snug".

Generator arrived undamaged, directions easy to follow, no tools needed. Added the supplied oil, some gas and it started right up. Nice functionality on the connector panel, both 220 and 120V outputs (you can't use both at once though, there is a switch).

Bought this on Thursday, received on a Sunday. I opened the box, but was surprised that there was no manual of any sort, just an arrangement of parts, oil, and the necessary tools to assemble the wheels and feet. Anyone without intuitive assembly sense would have an issue figuring out how to properly assemble the unit, though I believe it would still function without the feet/wheels. Had to look up manual to see what the oil and fuel requirements are, as well as warranty information.

I only recently bought and started this generator. Although it seems to run fine, I'm very disappointed in how many times I had to manually pull the start mechanism chord. In the 5 times that I started it, it took from 4 to 8 pulls to start. That's a problem and not good enough. As for the Average rating I gave, it's much too early in my usage of this generator to really give any rating.

I bought this item 2 weeks ago - it arrived sooner than expected. Boxing was perfect - everything needed was included - instructions - all parts - instruction manual - tools necessary for putting together - quart of oil - oil funnel were included. I am very happy and look forward to using this generator ( if needed ) .

At its price point, I couldn't find anything that came close to the quality and features of this portable generator. Truth be told, there is a certain amount of confidence you get when you see the Westinghouse Logo on your generator, they do do know a thing or two about electric...

Bought this generator to help out in case we lose power again in the winter. So far it seems to run well. Haven't hooked it up to the house or ran necessary items yet, so I can't give a full 5 stars yet. But so far I have no reason to think it will give me any trouble!

This generator has everything you need to operate Items to your needs and to maintain the unit to keep it running for many years. I received the unit via UPS and after assembling the unit with a few items such as the wheel, mounting feet, oil and gas I connected the battery and the unit started right up and ran smoothly. I found the unit to run much quieter then I expected. Remember folks to run the unit for 1 hour with no load (nothing plugged into it) this is an important step in the break in of the generators gas motor. I'm very happy with my purchace.
