Generator arrived heavily damaged. Headache to receive credit from Affirm loan. All we wanted was to receive a new generator to replace the damaged one. The Affirm agent could barely speak English and also did not understand our English. He told me someone would email me in 3-5 days (not true.)

Bought this to power my travel trailer, when electricity is not available. This runs my A/C unit at full power and keeps the refrigerator cool. All electrical outlets working inside and out on the trailer. Easy start up. Runs loud, like most generators. I can get 11 hours on a tank of gas. It might run longer if I didn’t have so many things running off of it at once. This is my first generator that I ever purchased and couldn’t be more happier with it.

Just bought this few days ago, seems to be built tough. Haven't started or used it yet.

1st start up took 6 pulls. After it started it worked great. On the 2nd start only 1 pull.
