You open everything and it slowly puffs up and takes shape. Took a few days for the new smell to go away. So comfy five stars in my book.

The mattress arrived in a box and then the mattress itself was wrapped in plastic. I love how super convenient the packaging is! Once I unpackaged it, I was pleasantly surprised with have fast this mattress decompressed! Even after a few short hours, the mattress was already nice and plush! My husband and I have been using this mattress for the past week and we continue to be impressed! This mattress is super comfortable and our sleep has never been better! My husband’s back pain has improved so much since sleeping on this mattress. Not only does this mattress provide pressure relief but the material of this mattress keeps you nice and cool throughout the night! I love that I no longer wake up throughout the night sweating! This mattress is firm but at the same time it is so incredibly soft! This mattress also is infused with green tea to keep the mattress nice and fresh. The quality of this mattress is awesome!
