[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice matress that is firm and sleeps great. Matress took about 48 hrs to expand to full size but it did. You can also sleep on it the first night if need be. Great mattress for the price. I would recommend this, especially if you are on a budget.

The softness could be compared to relaxing on a bed of marshmallows lol I am not burning up like I normally do during the night.. ohhh and my back feels amazing! This mattress arrived in a box smaller than I thought. The mattress was compressed, and easy to unpack. I read that it takes 48 to 72 hours to fully decompress, but within a couple of hours it appeared fully open. It is very comfortable, firm but soft and comfortable. I was worried about body heat retention, but so far, that hasn't been an issue - I assume the gel helps. There was no "off-gassing" that I've read about with other mattresses. So far, we are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered a Queen size mattress, and it arrived on or doorstep in a surprisingly compact box. Weighed about 55 lbs., so it was heavy for me, but my husband had no issues bringing it into the house. Unpacking was easy. It's vacuum formed in multiple sections that open individually. This means the mattress doesn't fly out, unfold and "inflate" as soon as you cut the package open. You do a section at a time, so the process is gradual. The included product sheet is humorous and informative. Tells you what to expect and explains some key details about the mattress. Literature says to give it 24 hours to fully take its shape, so we didn't sleep on it until the second night. The slight chemical smell that was there after unpacking went away in a day. Fit onto our bed frame with no problem. Mattress provides rather firm support, which I love, but my husband is still getting used to. But we are both sleeping soundly on it. Stays cool throughout the night, which is a real plus for my hot-sleeping hubby. I'm looking forward to seeing if the green tea and charcoal properties actually work to maintain freshness. So far very pleased with this product.

It stays much more firm than expected. I thought id be sleeping on the floor. but once it put me in place it doesnt sink more than that.

I thought at first the mattress would be too soft as I usually like a firm mattress but I've slept on it two nights now and I love it. It is perfect. The old dog likes it too. I bought a cooling sheet set to go along with the bed and I couldn't be more cooler or happier.
