Hubby now sleeps cool and my joints are relieved. Owned an original Zinus many years ago and put them in the rooms of the small motel we owned. Ours got ruined in a hurricane and we went with another brand because back then we could get it faster. When that one wore out, tried a hybrid but was not for us. Went back to Zinus!

I’m loving the mattress. I had a Zinus mattress and moved into a new space. I tried another mattress and it simply does not compare to the Zinus. I’ve experienced back pain over the past few months and with the Zinus mattress I’m already getting a better nights rest within a weeks receipt! It’s just the right amount of firmness that allows support, but gives that soft, comforting feel. A perfect balance for my liking!

I had been shopping for a new mattress for a while, watching sales and reading reviews, when I came across this relative unknown ZINUS Nigh Therapy mattress at Sam's website. While there were only 50 some reviews, to my surprise there were none below 4 stars, so I decided to give it a try as it was also on sale for $100 off with free delivery. The box arrived a few days later, and I was surprised at how heavy it was. It weighs about the same as a regular mattress but it's all condensed into a box that is about the size of 2 King pillows atop each other. Anyway, I carefully opened it up and set it on my old box spring to allow it to unroll and "inflate". By that night, it was exactly as it looked online, just under 12 inches, but not by much, and by the way, no chemical smell--AT ALL! It took a night or two to really get used to the support which my spouse says feels very firm. I think it feels more like a hotel quality bed that forms to fit, allows movement without bouncing your partner out of bed and stays cool to the touch. After a week, I have to say that I am very impressed and sleeping through the night for the first time in a long time! Highly recommended, and if you can get it on sale that is a definite plus!

My shoulders no longer hurt in the morning. Much less tossing and turning and my arms are not falling asleep. I slept on a Zimus mattress at an airbnb and ordered while I was still there. That one was firm on the edges. This one is super mushy and not good for sitting on the edge of to put on shoes. But I don't hurt so I am okay with sitting in a chair for shoes.

This morning my son set up my beautiful new fullsize bed frame and unpackaged the new mattress to allow several hours for it to plump up before I would make it up with my new bedding. I have just now gone to bed and I am afraid of sliding off the edge onto the floor! The mattress is so soft and goes as flat as a pancake when one lies down! Trying to move towards the center of the bed, leaves one struggling to roll 'uphill' to the high point in the middle. I cannot see this working for me. I am willing to give it a few nights, but honestly this is a big disappointment. I love your product but this one is not good.

I bought this mattress to replace a Zinus mattress I've been sleeping on for 10 years. I'm sad to find there's no structure in the edges any more. Compared to the previous mattress, there's a significant percentage of lost usability because the edges collapse down

This is our second Zinus mattress. We bought the same exact one three years ago and were very happy with it. Just bought another for our second home and are disappointed in what feels like a decrease in quality. The edges of the mattress sink so you even feel like you’re going to roll off the bed while sleeping. This new mattress is a lot softer than our other, which feels more supportive and firmer. And it’s not a true queen 60” wide but instead 58”, which is quite annoying as our mattress cover and sheets keep sliding around. Can’t help but think they decreased quality to cut spending by cutting size and also foam density. Too bad. We are disappointed and won’t be purchasing another one.

I had a 13 in Zinus memory foam that has served me well for about 6 years. Decided it was time for a new mattress and went with their ultra cooling 12 in (thickest available now?). I like the feel overall and the cooling of it but the edge support is non-existent. Sitting on the side you feel like you are sliding into the floor, same with sleeping if you share a bed and sleep near the edge. Will probably be returning it for these reason.

I have to start the return process, this is the worst sleep I've ever gotten. My back pain is though the roof and I need to switch back to my previous mattress that had a huge divot and two springs broken.

Delivery was quick. We immediately opened the mattress as it states not to leave it in the packaging over 72hrs. After 24hrs there still was a valley in the middle of the mattress. The instructions stated that it could take up to 48hrs to reform. After 48hrs there still was a valley. I contacted Zinus. Zinus told me it could take up to 7 days. Then Zinus told me that any other concerns need to be conveyed to Sam’s Club. After 7 days there still was a bit of a valley but we decided to give it a try. Some of the reviews did state that sleeping on the mattress and working it a bit did help it reform. 17days later I checked and the valley is still there. This seems like it could be easily avoided if the mattress was just rolled up and NOT folded and then rolled (I have received memory foam mattresses in the past and they have been rolled up. Not folded in half and then rolled). I should have mentioned that the valley is where the fold was. Otherwise I slept great. The mattress is very firm. My wife did not sleep well and woke up sore. She prefers a softer mattress. Thank goodness for Sam’s Club customer service understanding and setting up the pickup return and refund. I have yet for the mattress to be picked up and the cash refunded. That was setup today and I was told it would take a week.
