We certainly understand your disappointment if the battery drains faster than normal and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are having issues with the joystick after 4 months of usage. It is normal for the battery to drain faster while gaming. To resolve this, ensure your game, video and performance mode settings are optimized in the Armoury Crate utility software, and these settings are not over threshold. Additionally, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS and games are up to date. ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service.
