We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you started experiencing issue with the card reader. To resolve the issue, please check if the SD card is still working properly, or try another known good SD card. Also, try to do a Cloud reset as a last resort. If these steps were performed to no available, we recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately.
