cant play any games on it. crashes all the the time. worthless junk you might just put on a shelf never got my game pass as advertised. stay away from this product maybe the steam deck is made better. im just dissapointed.

Additionally, check if you are running the most current Armoury Crate utility software. The most current version is available for download at: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/. While accessing cloud games or web applications, ensure the device has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will affect system stability and performance. Keeping the device always updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. It is great for gaming and runs fast. Setup of windows and accounts is timely, but once it’s done you can get right to gaming. After having it for a week the left joystick started drifting to the bottom of the screen. I used the ASUS warranty and it was shipped to repair center and fixed timely by them. Over all it’s a good handheld for gaming.

Great but comes with problems

It’s great but the main problem is the problems and glitches it comes with, my first problem was my right bumper not responding unless pressed in a certain position firmly, next it was the led lights flickering and the command center telling me what mode I’m in without me opening the command center. I still haven’t fixed the led flickering and the mode telling and nothing online can help me.

I love it, really. My only issues are the random restarts when I launch a game after it was turned off, and some games crashing while redownloading resource packs after a restart. a good example of this is halo infinite, every time I have to download the resource packs it crashes about 5 times, but it keeps the progress so it's not that much of an issue. Though I do understand that such a game pushes the rog ally to its limit. Anyway, I love it. It's my pride and joy. Keep it up ASUS!

Worth it - even though its first gen

This device checked off all the boxes for a handheld PC. Its able to play console games (via remote play or the console cloud apps), it can play PC games (via Steam or Windows installers), while maintaining the Windows environment. The battery life is ok - as long as you remember this is a PC, and not like your cell phone. Basically if you are going to play a game, its best to have it plugged in. The fan noise is minimal and the graphics are great. It doesn't run as hot as one might expect, but I do take precautions for the SD card - and make sure if I am storing things on the cards, that I have good backups somewhere else too. Overall - I wasn't going to get the SteamDeck, and the Lenovo Handheld is too big. This little PC was worth the price.

Great system with one flaw.

It is a wonderful system and would be an easy 5 stars if the SD card slot wasn't near the power supply so it over heats and ruins SD cards. I just use a USB drive and love it but melting SD cards makes it just a 3 star.
