Great cake. We had 2 grads at the house so we did them each in their school colors: white with blue and chocolate with red icing. Lots of compliments on both. Unfortunately on the chocolate cake they used black icing for the “Class of 2024,” so it was bwry hard to read. Cakes were excellent, other than that.

I wasn't initially satisfied with the cake because there were many graduation names, which your system allowed me to enter on the app, but your decorator said it was too much. With much insistence she added the missing names, but she wasn't very happy about it.

New online service was difficult to navigate and misleading regarding payment. It appeared that you paid while ordering, but payment actually came out several days after picking up the cake. Cake also was not what was ordered. I ordered a marble cake and received a fully chocolate cake. I have been ordering cakes for years and this was the first snafu. Cake still tasted great, but the recipients were not happy as this was for their graduation party and both requested marble.

This order was for my sons graduation party. It was very last minute as the original cake I had was messed up by a different store. Sam’s was able to get this order in snd done right! It was delicious. I will be returning for other events. There was so much cake for less money!

The cake was perfect as always. I tried the chocolate whipped cream frosting for the borders and edges for the first time and it was really good. I will definitely combine the vanilla chocolate again next time. My son absolutely loved the decorations and was very happy to see a custom message with his name.

Great price and readily available. Love that they had a graduation theme which is what I was shopping for. Tasted pretty good but not as good their cupcakes which I also bought. Only 4 stars because the decorating was not very pretty. Writing was crooked and the scalloped icing border was dark blue instead of purple and overall the cake was just not attractive but it served the purpose.
