Disappointed This cake looked horrible!! There was a large hump on one corner of the cake and it was very uneven. This caused a valley in the front middle section of the cake. The icing job was ALMOST comical. It was so bad. The flavor was great and the icing is always tasty. I picked it up on the way to the graduation so there was no other option. I would say if you order this pick up the day before so you can have time to fix it.

Cake was missing class of 2024 and was not prepared as I requested. I'm so disappointed!!! I would never recommend Sam's Bakery to anyone!

This cake was very well done. It looked great, very well done in my son 's school colors. The icing was delicious and the cake was soft and moist. Everyone loved it and several people asked me where I got the cake.

I love getting cakes from here due to the fact that it is a great price and not a complicated cake. People complaining about anything need to remember that if you went to a small bakery, you would pay at least triple this price and then have every right to complain if it isn't what you wanted but at these prices, you really cannot complain. It is assembly line cake decorating and with so many orders, all they have to go on is what is written on the order so my advice would be to go in-store, place your order and look it over before you approve it. As for the flavor, the cakes I have ordered for various work functions have tasted great. I love the whipped cream option for icing.
