I was not pleased with the process. I went online and pulled up the closest Sam’s club and put in a order only for them to say I pick it up In Miami Florida. I had to cancel and ordered it again. Within days my charge card had fraud on it. I do not understand what happened

The cake tasted good but the writing was so sloppy, my little sister’s name wasn’t even really legible. It was especially disappointing bc it was for her high school graduation. It was cheap so I didn’t have unrealistic expectations, just wish they took more time on the writing and decorations on the cake.

They have a lot of options, still ordering was easy and quick. I usually go to bakery store for special occasions. This time I tried Sam’ . It was good choice, the price is much cheaper, same time it looked good and tasty. I liked cupcakes from Sam’ , now it will go to place for the cakes too !!

Very nicely decorated cake for graduation. Looked better than the picture showed! I used the Sam’s app to customize it myself. It was ready before the pickup time and the icing wasn’t too sweet! They spelled everything correctly too. I saved money by choosing Sam’s bakery rather than going to a local bakery. & I’m happy I did.

Writing looked horrible. You could barely read the message, and the writing was shaky and crooked. I purchased through the app, and the app had an icing color that the store did not have. The bakery just changed the color to red without asking - maroon and black were the graduation colors - not red and black.

This order was for my sons graduation party. It was very last minute as the original cake I had was messed up by a different store. Sam’s was able to get this order in snd done right! It was delicious. I will be returning for other events. There was so much cake for less money!
