Good pork tacos

I bought these with high hopes, however my hopes were soon dashed. I thought there might be a problem when I opened the package and they came out in big clumps but they did shred easily. My family complained about the smell while they were cooking. These carnitas did taste better than they smelled but not by much. I wouldn't recommend.

This pork was juicy, tender, and just the right amount of flavor. I made the traditional street tacos with the mini corn tortillas, onion, and cilantro, served it with cilantro lime rice, and chips and salsa. My husband loved it! Great for a weeknight meal for a busy family.

My whole family loved these. We will absolutely buy again!! Please keep this item.
