Real pork with great flavor. Used with corn tortillas, queso blanco and onions. Delish! A lot of meat, too.

I love everything about this except there's a strange, sort of spongey texture to the meat. It didn't detract much from enjoying it, though.

Price tag is a little steep after this cooks down, but sweet sassy molassy is it a goooood meat to sling on some tacos in the evening.

These carnitas are fantastic! The meat is tender, juicy and so flavorful. It's versatile and can be used in many ways. I highly recommend it.
