These carnitas are great! They are actually real carnitas not just shredded pork. Use for street tacos or add to a breakfast bowl.

These are excellent. Large chunks of pork that can be broken up as you want. Others I have had are already finely sherd. Like this so much better

A very tasty, quick and easy meal, takes almost nothing to prepare... can also add diced green chilis or verde enchilada sauce to change it up.
