Excellent carnitas! Seasoned well but not overly salty. Was a hit with every age group at a party we hosted.

These are excellent. Large chunks of pork that can be broken up as you want. Others I have had are already finely sherd. Like this so much better

I love everything about this except there's a strange, sort of spongey texture to the meat. It didn't detract much from enjoying it, though.
