This pork is has such good flavor. It comes in big chunks that you can shred. We are obsessed. So easy to make, just microwave or heat in crockpot. We’ve used it for so many recipes.

The seasoning alone is fantastic on this beautiful, moist pork. Heat the way you prefer and you’re done. Voila! I prefer heating in pan, then placing it on brioche with white onion, cilantro, hot salsa with Fresca on top.

These are cubes of meat. The picture shows shreded carnitas, so I was rather disappointed when I cooked it and noticed it was blocks of meat that still needed to be shredded. I won't buy it again. The flavor was okay, nothing special.

These were so good! I made them into tacos when I was in a time crunch and my son loved them! They would even be good added to a sandwich. I'm definitely getting them again when I don't have time to make pork.

These are so quick to heat up. Place them on a corn tortilla with some cilantro, cheese and a few tomatoes with a squeeze and lime and voila dinner is ready in minutes. So much flavor. I wish I would have bought 2 or 3 more packages.

It was a bit dry. I expected there would be a bit more liquid. There was fat, so I had to cook it long enough for the fat nuggets to melt. I even added some rendered lard to help get the heating process started. The flavors were kind of underwhelming. Its a great starter if your looking to quickly make something you can add to. Probably wont buy again.

This is by far the best brand of prepared carnitas out there! It's a lot of meat for our family of 4. I make tacos the first night. With the leftover meat I make a layered enchilada bake. I layer the tortillas, carnitas, enchilada sauce, cheese, black beans, corn, Rotel, and onions. I mix 1 can of each of the beans, corn, and Rotel, and 1/2 diced sweet onion together. Then pour some enchilada sauce to coat the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish, add heated tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce, meat, veggie/bean mix, then cheese. Repeat layers topping with cheese. Sometimes I'll add olives and/or diced jalapenos. Cover with foil, bake at 375 for around 35-45 min until heated through, uncover last 10 -15 min for golden cheese top. So yummy!
