These carnitas have such amazing flavor! I look forward to buying more this weekend. Today I had them with white rice and Puerto Rican pink beans with sofrito. Next week we will have carnitas street tacos with onion and cilantro.

Delicious carnitas, I buy this regularly, it heats up easily in the microwave. Just warm up some corn tortillas, add carnitas, a slice of avocado, chopped onions and cilantro, hot sauce of you like it hot and it's amazingly yummy.
