Texture was good, quality was good, I guess it's just a personal preference and I felt that the coconut flavor was way too strong.

Coconut cake is very good but not as good as the same cake with cream filling. Much prefer the latter

I usually enjoy member's mark bakery items. While this was not bad it was not up to what I usually expect from them.

I was so excited to try this cake. To me it had a very soapy taste. Almost like a perfume fake lotion taste

Purchased 3/23/24 for my mom’s birthday. Cake was horrible and we couldn’t eat it. It had a weird chemical taste like perhaps they used imitation coconut flavoring. Had to throw it out. Dog wouldn’t even eat it.
