It cools my place and is energy efficient, with the unit I had before I couldn't run it all the time cause of the cost, with this one I have it set and it goes on and off all day and my first bill was so much less than before.

The huge 15,000 btu LG wall air conditioner Was perfect, purchased it on sale before the heat of July arrived. Now he output is fabulous. It's size required two people to Attach into the windowsill. It's and energy Star saving some electricity. Excellent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used LG AC's before with great results. This one replaced a GE unit that didnt last 1 year. This AC cools nearly my whole house (1250 sqft) when I use a fan also. I love the reliability and efficiency of the LG units. I plan on buying another small unit for the back of the house.

I bought the A/C unit a few weeks ago and my neightbor helped me install it. It replaced a Friedrich 18,000 BTU, so I was skeptical if this 15,000 BTU would be able to handle the cooling capacity of my deceased Friedrich. To my surprise and amazement, the LG has really kept my den cold, even to the point of me raising the temp. It's quiet, efficient and very easy to use.

Box wasn't sealed but the bands were in place. The item was so large I had no one to move it. I have an electric gate but no one called or texted. Not sure want is going on but there has been items that were smashed and crashed. They are in a hurry and things aren't packed right. This continues I won't be renewing my membership.

It has awesome features, works fantastic and is fairly quiet. It cools my five rooms with no problem, although the extremely hot weather hasn't hit yet, but I'm sure I will be fine. Installation was easy. I will be covering and insulating it for the winter so it was a one time install which is what I wanted. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
