[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the unit it had dents and the front plastic cover had the nubs broken off so I had to tape it on. Also when you first turn it on it makes this loud rattling noise but quiets down after about 5 mins. After all is said and done it does blow very cold air so I'm not going to return it especially when it weighs 115 pounds.

I am quiet pleased with my new LG window unit. I always loved the timer setting on your a/c unit. It was set it go to bed and forget it. Very little noise. Yet ever so COOL. Unit is fantastic but you may have to get creative with mounting... included brackets were not for my application at all. Directions were horribly translated🤣

I search many different stores web-site, but only found what I wanted on the Walmart's web-site. It only took three days for me to get my product. And the shipping was free!
