[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I've ever used window units...however I'm truly satisfied with the unit. It cools the entire living area and kitchen. The features are nice also along with remote, I can change settings without walking to the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought less than a month ago and the red “clean filter” light was on. Filter was clean. Found a fix: press up and down temperatures at the same time. Voila! Other than that, it's a great unit and does it's job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air conditioner 04/ 2018 it worked fine until this year , it is blowing warm air : I bought 3 of them at the same time . The Large one is not working , the 2 small ones are working . I spent over $1000.00 for them and I take good care of them however the most expensive one is not .

The window unit is terrific! Have a large room with high ceilings to cool down. Signed up for the shipping pass(forget what they call it). Item was supposed to be shipped in 2 days......took about 10. Made it through the heat wave without it......Box was pretty much destroyed when we got it. Frame was alittle bent but we were able to straighten it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG 15000 btu AC about a month ago. We wanted a unit this large to cool multiple room and still use a 115v 15 amp electric service. So far things are great, but a caution, the unit is massive and it takes at least two to install it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews on LG window air conditioners and decided this one would fit my needs perfectly. I like all of the features. The Mode settings, Three Fan Speed settings, Timer, ease of operation, and the reusable easy to clean filter. I've had the unit for three weeks and am very pleased so far. I can set the Mode to Cool with surprisingly fast results. The Energy Saving Mode is perfect in maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The three Fan Speeds are a plus as well. I've only had to use Fan Speed 1 as the unit is powerful. So far so good! I like LG products and plan to purchase an LG TV next. I would highly recommend this products to effectively cool the suggested room dimensions. It packs a lot of power, is user friendly, and cools exceptionally well.

I am quiet pleased with my new LG window unit. I always loved the timer setting on your a/c unit. It was set it go to bed and forget it. Very little noise. Yet ever so COOL. I love the updates example when to clean filter, light notify me

I am amazed at this little window AC. I have it on low cool and it stays ice cold in the guest room. It was light weight so that I, at 66 yes old, could lift it into the window. It was a very easy install. (This generation everything is made to break. Living on a fixed income there is never enough money to buy groceries. Let alone an AC in each window each yr. I hope this little guy puts all the other brands to shame. 🙏 ) I hope I am able to check back in with you all in a couple years, to say she's still running strong.
