The unit had dents on both sides, but we installed anyway because we had been without air for 5 days. Since installing, the house has been COLD!! I love it!! It cools a double wide with an open floor plan easily.

Out of the box: Does not work. LG Tech diagnosed as having a bad compressor. Today: May 29,the, 2023. Waiting on parts since April 6th, 2023. No Stars Review will not Post.
