[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this air conditioner about two months ago it's cools the rooms great and it is quite.The price of it was reasonable and I love LG products and will continue to buy them.

Out of the box: Does not work. LG Tech diagnosed as having a bad compressor. Today: May 29,the, 2023. Waiting on parts since April 6th, 2023. No Stars Review will not Post.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a less than effective unit. The LG cools very well and was easy to install for a large unit.

This replaced another unit of the same size, so installation was easy. It works well cooling my shop, and all the controls do what they say. All it has to do now is LAST longer than a year or two.

I gave it four stars it appears to be doing what it's supposed to do but I hadn't had it long enough I just got it installed and up and working yesterday on the 25th of July but so far so good

I bought this unit to replace another brand that didn't last 2 summers. I love this unit , works perfectly .I also bought a smaller 2nd unit for an out building for animals.
