One drawback is it’s small size -8 ounces and it’s whopping 250 calories. I’m thinking this would be a supplement of protein for folks that are ill or having difficulty getting in their daily calories and nutritional needs. I found it tasty but not particularly filling.

I was concerned that the flavor wouldn’t cover the taste that vitamins and minerals normally have. I was pleasantly surprised at the richness of the vanilla flavor. It was excellent when chilled. I could see this being very great nutrition for someone who has been healing from an injury or not able to take much on their stomach. I’m going to see about trying the other flavors. Strawberry sounds tasty.

First, the taste of the vanilla drink was so sweet it was almost undrinkable. I shudder just thinking about it. Second, there was a lot of sugar and sodium in this drink. Again, not good for me. Third. This tiny bottle had 250 calories, just wow! Some benefits include the high protein and fiber and it’s very nutrient rich. The only suggestion I can make is be very aware of your nutrition needs. Boost is clearly not for everyone.

It does not strongly taste of coffee and tastes more chocolate than coffee so it’s easier to drink if you don’t like the bitter taste of coffee. The label also comes cleanly off so it’s easy to recycle the container. I would drink this on a regular basis so I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick snack or a quick breakfast or lunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Boost Vanilla tastes really good. Not quite like a milkshake but creamy non the less. There is a ton of protein in this drink which I love. The vitamins are okay but you still need more of many of those.

Being an overall healthy person, this might not necessarily be suitable for me on a daily basis due to the amount of sugar (22% DV) but I did liked the amount of protein (40% DV). I do think this is great for senior citizens, the elderly, those hospitalized or in recovery, where one may not necessarily be taking in regular balanced meals.
