It has all the nutrients I need to have. I feel better since I've been drinking this. I highly recommend this. The price on these are reasonable and I will continue buying these!

I'll be the first to admit that I don't always eat right, so that's why I choose Boost. Not only is it nutritional it is also lactose free which is something that I must take into consideration when using products. I find that adding it to my daily consumption I tend to feel much better! I love that it comes in so many flavors! My favorite is the Rich Chocolate. It's creamy , rich and tastes good. No aftertaste. With 20g of protein and 26 vitamins and minerals, I highly recommend!

The chocolate flavor is perfect, taste really natural and it is not sweet, just perfect. And I feel like it gives me full energy, I don't feel groggy. This is great drink to boost your energy. The strawberry flavor had a rich and creamy texture and it wasn't too thick. It also didn't have any after taste which was another plus. Highly recommend if you are too lazy to mix your own protein drink and just need to grab it to go. It's good to drink protein shakes after a work out to restore your muscles.

Boost has a good flavor without being too sweet. At first, it smelled a little like vitamins. Though, that was not in the taste. It’s smooth and not thick or too thin. I would be interested in trying other flavors.

I have since bought this product after being able to try it first. Not only does it give me extra nutrients that i need, it also gives me energy. Its also very filling and has plenty of vitamins.
