I don't have much of an appetite but Boost always sounds appealing. I love the vanilla flavor and stick with that. I've tried chocolate and strawberry and don't like them as much, but that's just my personal preference. The vanilla tastes like a milkshake and feels more like a treat than a necessity. Just make sure to serve it cold to make it taste the best.

Boost is creamy and delicious and gives a healthy, nutritious dose of energy without the jittery feeling I get from energy drinks that are mostly caffeine and sugar. The vitamins, minerals and extra protein keep me going whem I'm working 14 hour days and have to stay focused.

This is not one of those believe me I even have my parents drinking them. And they don’t drink anything unless it have Vitamins and nutrients and taste great.

They have so many added benefits to drinking them ,like me I am a very busy mom of 2 and dont always have time to make sure I get the nutrition needed on a daily basis so being able to have that in Boost makes life so much easier. I drank it for lunch, it filled me up and gave me energy that lasted throughout the daytime. These are a balanced nutritional drink.

I purchased for myself to try and lose weight. Rich chocolate has good smooth flavor. My 14 yo daughter has been drinking for breakfast. I was wondering if there will be a powder product to purchase as may be cheaper than ready to drink? I also purchased some for my 81 yo mother who has low iron and doesn't eat enough during the day. thanks!!

I like Boost to supplement additional protein into my diet, although, i do wish it had a little less sugar. I think it would taste just as fantastic as a reduced sugar option. But i would recommend this drink. I was very happy with the taste and texture not gritty or chalky.
