I am a gym coach who leads a very busy life.. its not always easy to cook- especially in the morning, but its so easy to go to my fridge and count on boost to fill me up in the mornings all while giving me nutrients I would desperately be missing if I didnt drink it. I would probably not choose to use it very often because it is too sweet for my personal preference.I will use it every other month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink protein shakes every morning. I usually use a shaker bottle to mix my own. This Boost is a nutritional drink that is ready to consume. This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor, but this is an okay chocolate drink.

It was actually surprisingly good, very rich in flavor and love that it has so many vitamins and nutrients!Another plus was that it’s gluten free and is suitable for those that are lactose intolerant!

The formula has changed, it tastes like all of the other fake sweetened stuff now. It is unpalatable. I’m so sad for have opted for Boost for years for nutrition due to health issues. Boost made a Protein Max that tastes similar to this, why couldn’t you just stick with the two separate products? If the Protein Max didn’t sell as well, there was probably a reason. I don’t understand companies changing a formula on something that clearly sells well and has for years. There isn’t any point to me calling to discuss. Your company changed the formula and now it sucks, I don’t know what else there is to say. Please pass this up the chain and consider changing it back. I guess I am on the lookout for a new nutritional drink. This is in regards to the Chocolate and Vanilla, though I’m sure if I liked the Strawberry, it would pertain to that too, since all 3 of the formulas were changed. BTW for anyone wondering, the Protein went from 15g to 20g, and the Carbs went from 33g to 28g.

The chocolate flavor is so rich and creamy that by the time you have half the container empty your feeling full and the best part is no Griddy particles you can feel in your mouth after wards or nasty after tastes. This is my new go to meal replacement because I get the vitamins and nutrients I need to satisfy my hunger and hunger to lose weight!

As soon as they arrived, they were basically gone. I think the only thing I didn't really like was that it has a particular smell, but flavor made up for it. I highly recommend you give them a try. They have several flavors available. I opted for vanilla this time but will definitely be trying the chocolate ones, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost complete nutritional drink is just what my body needs. It has 26 vitamins and minerals and 20 grams of protein. I enjoy drinking this when I am on the go and want the extra nutrition and energy. My mom drinks it to help her body heal after breaking her hip. We both find it delicious. The Rich chocolate is amazing! I have even poured this in a bowl to freeze and eat as "ice cream". Yummy! This product does contain milk and soy so if you are sensitive to either of those it might not work for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
