I had tried other flavors and wasn't impressed. I decided to give the Boost 20 Gram Chocolate flavored and was very pleasantly surprised at the GREAT taste. There was no bad after taste and the chocolate flavor was very smoothe and it contained all the needed Protein and vitamins I needed without just simply having to hold my nose and choke it down!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs the Vitamins and Protein!!! You have to give this product a try and I know without a doubt you will not be disappointed!!!

It does not strongly taste of coffee and tastes more chocolate than coffee so it’s easier to drink if you don’t like the bitter taste of coffee. The label also comes cleanly off so it’s easy to recycle the container. I would drink this on a regular basis so I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick snack or a quick breakfast or lunch.

Sucralose aka Splenda is a no no in the health world. Very controversial. I gave this a 4 star because the mobility version has sucralose but this one doesn’t have the collagen! Come on boost, get your ingredients consistent and get rid of the bad stuff and add the good!

Not to thick and not super thin its the right consistency. The coffee taste isnt strong either. It has 20 grams of protein in it and lots of other vitamins like vitamin d and a and calcium. Very good for your body in the morning to give you a boost before your workday or workout.

I like that it is a convenient option for on the go when I don’t have time to sit down for a meal. The texture is a bit thick, more smoothie-like, but after a few sips I didn’t even notice that. Although it is nutritionally dense, it also has a ton of unnecessary sugar. I would drink this more often if it weren’t so laden with sugar and thus high in carbs.
