I've tried protein drinks in the past and they usually come in chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Drinking this out of the bottle, my first sense was an overload of minerals or a protein smell. It's hard to describe, but it was off-putting. Continuing to drink, I realized that the drink is smooth, and that the mocha flavor is just right. If you can get used to the smell of it at first, then I think you'll enjoy the mocha flavor as you get a great dose of protein for your day!

I like that it is a convenient option for on the go when I don’t have time to sit down for a meal. The texture is a bit thick, more smoothie-like, but after a few sips I didn’t even notice that. Although it is nutritionally dense, it also has a ton of unnecessary sugar. I would drink this more often if it weren’t so laden with sugar and thus high in carbs.

Unfortunately I have ran into an issue where most protein shakes upset my stomach. I was so happy to find that the Boost High Protein offered great taste, a smooth texture, and was easy on my stomach. This is now my go-to protein shake in the morning.

This is perfect for me to use first thing in the morning before I head off to work. This can also be good to use after a workout to get that boost of protein in your system. The texture was perfect for this kind of drink and very refreshing.

To me it was a little chalky and left a bad after taste. I do think I could deal with the texture if the product does help me to feel better.I haven't bought any since I got my sample to see if it was just a fluke in the texture or not.

I was expecting a smooth, nice tasting supplement. I took one small sip couldn’t stomach it. It had a chalky consistency and taste. I don’t think this is for me.

It's really thick but not as thick as a shake. This flavor is "Very Vanilla," but it has an artificial taste that is very sweet and left a film in my mouth after drinking. It has a lot of nutritional value, which would be great for someone who needs a lot of vitamins. Great addition to your regular vitamin regiment.

I had not been a regular purchaser of Boost until my husband started buying the diabetic drink. I could drink it all day, even the non diabetic one. I’m curious though what the old formula was because if there are so many dissatisfied customers, then it must have been so much better. It would be nice to reduce the amount of sodium without changing the taste too but as a new customer, I plan to keep drinking it. I don’t like the vanilla as much as the chocolate.
