Putting aside the long back-story of how I went from bed to bed for years not finding comfort or consistent sleep, Tempur-Pedic has saved my life! By far the best purchase I have ever made. When I get into the ProAdapt mattress, my focus becomes SLEEP. It is an amazingly advanced mattress in terms of quality, support, and still provides a plush, cloud-like feeling as if you're slowly sinking into the bed, long after you've already laid down. I am getting full nights sleep EVERY night now, am having no issues whatsoever with the product or their wonderful support team, and encourage anyone who is looking to buy a new bed to truly consider making it a TEMPUR-PEDIC purchase! I tried in store, was very comfortable. When this was delivered much to hard. I gave it 4 weeks. Would awake with back pain. They did pick up mattress but had to pay for foundation. $400. They wanted me to pay for shipping but explained I was having to take a day off work to be home. So they did let me out off shipping charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Tempurpedic for myself and after continuing to enjoy my mattress after 5 years I bought my mother the same mattress; my mother is pleased and no longer wakes up with back aches. I will be a lifetime tempurpedic buyer, I'm not taking any chances with buying another brand

I am happy with the mattress but it is still a bit too firm for me. I have ordered a mattress topper with cool air because it is also a bit hot for me. I like being able to raise the head so I can read in bed, and I like being able to sleep with my feet slightly elevated.

The first week or so was not good... mattress seemed way too hard and not at all comfortable like the sample in the store. Now that we have had it for a month, it is better. although we still wake up with aches. (Maybe that is a reflection of being in our mid 70's and not so much the mattress.) It is an improvement, but not as much as we had hoped.

We put off buying a new bed for way too long. We had our Tempur-pedic since 2009! We loved it, and I was so afraid I wouldn’t find anything that I liked near as much. I did some research and found out this. Style, pro adapt firm would match what we had since that wasn’t made anymore. It also said it would take around three weeks to get used to and it took me no nights to get used to! We love it.

We laid on a mattress in the store and it was the degree of firm and soft we wanted. We purchased it and it was delivered the next day. It was so hard when we went to sleep last night that we couldn't sleep on it. We went back to the store this morning and we were then told that we have to break in the mattress. The one in the store is totally different from the one we received. Then we were told to break in the mattress we need to go around on our knees, even stand on it to breaker it in, RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total comfort! This mattress, along with the adjustable base, my wife and I are sleeping better than either of us have in many years. We’ve had other good, expensive, mattresses and still woke up throughout the night. We have now found the answer to our sleep deprived nights! Yes, it was difficult to commit to spending the money, but we are so thankful we did.

I swapped my 10 year old Tempurpedic for the Split CA King Tempur-ProAdapt Hybrid and am so glad I did. With the adjustable base, my wife and I can be comfortable without interrupting one another. We fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night...no pain in the morning.
