This bed was super firm, and so different than what we were used to in a traditional spring mattress. I went with firm bedside reviews say after a few years they soften a bit. This is like camping in a tent the first couple weeks. I'd say it really took 3-4 weeks to get used to. When you finally do get used to it, the sleep can't be beat. I slept so sound that first good night. I was skeptical and worried until that magical night about a month in. My husband acclimated more quickly around week two or three. I don't feel him get out of bed at 5am anymore! Another magical thing, I don't know how, but his insanely loud snoring is gone, and he rarely snores anymore at all! This bed is worth every penny for that reason alone!!

The delivery was excellent. I have had TEMPUPEDIAC beds for the last 15 years. The product is as expected. The out gassing process (smell) was quick, only a week. I got the medium hybrid thinking it would be between medium and firm. It is not as firm as I would like but comfortable.

I have lower back problems and painful joints. I haven't been able to sleep on my back in years. Sleeping on my side was the only way I could sleep, but the hip on the side I was sleeping would begin to hurt, so I would be woken up and have to switch sides. This would go on all night, so I had poor sleep. This has all changed now that we have the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid bed!! I can sleep on my back or my sides without pain!! I will never get anything else and highly recommend its purchase!!!

When my back and sciatic pain returned a few months ago, I knew it was time to replace my old Tempur-pedic mattress with a new one. After a few weeks have passed I am again sleeping much better without the pain.

I saw a Tempur Pedic mattress and actually laid down - almost instantly I was in relief. Swore to myself I'd be getting one of these mattresses . Yes the price tag is very steep. But with sales timing and the benefits it can be worth it. This mattress displaces your body weight and relieves pressure. You almost feel new again when you rise. I have a fused spine 6 screws 2 rods. Nerve damage to right leg. I swear by this mattress.

I was hesitant at first when making such a big and expensive purchase on a mattress, but after talking to several friends who have had Tempur-pedic beds, I was convinced and I do not regret it one bit. It had just the right amount of support, including edge support, and nothing felt as amazingly comfortable as it did. We tried to convince ourselves to buy something less expensive but in the end decided to make an investment in our sleep health. We have no regrets.

Immediately upon arrival the delivery team advised over and over it would not fit up my interior staircase. They kept asking me what I wanted to do without ever taking the bed off the truck or trying. I said if you're certain it would fit then I cannot keep it. Contacted the team and they advise that is not how it works and they rescheduled delivery. Took another month before they came back. Same delivery team giving me attitude about "trying again here." They almost quit trying before I had to get assertive to tell them to do their job and even offer to help get it upstairs. I ended up doing more of the delivery portion MYSELF. After they left I had to readjust and tighten the bed legs and remove the trash they were supposed to clean and remove. I love the mattress but the delivery experience was pathetic. No one offered any compensation for the experience which is what they boost about. If you order get ready to see lazy delivery team.
