These mattresses are very hard. It feel like you falling off if you sleep towards the edge. These mattresses doesn't form to your body when you move. Even after buying a foam topping for it, it is still hard. I had a king size Tempur-Pedic for 12 years prior to this these. We really love the Tempur-Pedic mattress. I gave it a 2 do to the hardness and not conforming to the body when moving. Just have to get a softer mattresses.

From the first night with this mattress, I've slept better than I have in decades. I don't toss and turn like I used to. I often wake up in the same position in which I fell asleep. The first few steps out of bed are no longer tender. Knee pain and hip pain are absent. To say I'm happy with this mattress would be a serious understatement. I give this as high of a recommendation as I can possible give!

My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! Awesome bed but when delivered left it at very high height; customer service said 'nothing we can do' and tried to do it ourselves but to no avail. Definitely buy the bed but be certain delivery does not leave until you try out all aspects and they will not come out afterwards.

My husband and I felt we were getting poor quality sleep prior to purchasing our new bed. We have seen marked improvement having the bed for 30 days. Comfort for our joints, falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and less snoring (hubby). Being able to adjust each side independently has been a game changer.

I have been using this bed for over a month now. I really love the flexibility it provides to raise on either side, particularly for my consistent reading habits. The firmness helps a lot more for my back support. Sleeping patterns have changed for betterment. In all a great gift for myself.

I was worried about not having enough support and about it sleeping hot. But I think having the spring coils in the hybrid not only give extra support but also helps keep the mattress cooler. I would say definitely try them out in store before ordering because your weight and sleep position will determine what level of firmness you'll need. Shipping was insanely fast, it was delivered and setup in under a week. All in all for me it was completely worth the price tag.

My opinion is that the Tempur-ProAdapt is a friend to my back. It took about a week to get used to a different style from my old spring mattress. Another two weeks to find the perfect angle with the Tempur adjustable base. After one month things are feeling like I've gained some youthfulness throughout my spine and neck.

It's a very comfortable bed. It took some adjusting. I would wake with sore shoulders but I was warned about the break in period. I now don't wake to sore shoulders. We do have an adjustable base. I get hot sleeping and this bed isn't a cool temperature bed. The dense foam holds heat. We have an upgraded mattress pad that's suppose to help but I still run hot. Keep in mind I live in MN and it was winter when I bought it. My wife even said she gets warm. I think I'm going to buy the mattress protector the sales man said people complained about being too cold. Great mattress but holds heat.

My wife and I had our last Tempur-Pedic mattress for about 20 years, so we were concerned at the change. We went with the Pro-Adapt Firm because it reminded us the most of our previous mattress and are so glad we did. Something about the combination of firmness + the slight give of the Tempur-Pedic material makes for an amazing comfort. We have not had an uncomfortable night's sleep since we got it almost a month ago.
