I tried starting with 2 a day, but I went to one a day because I was getting stomach aches, probably unrelated to the gummies, but wasn’t sure. I don’t really notice a difference in my bm’s, but at least I know I’m getting more fiber in my diet. I will go back to two a day once my body gets used to them. They do taste great, so it will be easier for me to remember to take them on a regular basis, which is a plus because I can’t seem to take pills regularly.

Plus, it tastes great, orange is my favorite flavor anyway, so that is a real plus. I am now a fan of gummies, never thought that would happen! I started as instructed with on fiber gummie a day... and might I add the taste is great.. orangish flavor and no bitter aftertaste... I slowly went up to 3 a day and have noticed a huge difference.. I noticed the ease of things in the bathroom . It seemed to control all the gut issues I had been dealing with. I recommend giving it a try and you will notice too the difference
