I like the orange/citrus taste and prefer this to drinking something that I have to "stir in". This is much more practical & convenient. Also, when I'm out and on the go, I can take these with me and not have to worry about having any water to take it with.

I love orange flavored anything and everything so that makes me even more motivated to take these gummies everyday. The serving size is 3 gummies but you can take 1-3 so I take 2. I figured since there are 72 gummies in the bottle, this will give me an even amount until they're all gone. The taste is good and the flavor is not overpowering. I also like the texture because they aren't too hard to chew. There is 5 grams of fiber per serving and since these are fiber gummies, I had thought there would be more since this would only be around 18% of your daily value. I guess some is better than none but you can do up to 3 servings if you choose, unless I read that wrong. I also haven't had any issues with bowel movements but I also do drink lots of water. Overall, I do like them and would recommend them!!
