My doctor recommended I use Metamucil daily and these are so much easier than mixing the powder. I would forget to use the powder but I put these with my other pills so I never forget them. They also taste great with no after taste. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

They have 5 grams of fiber per 3 gummies, so if you need the fiber they are perfect. If I need some extra fiber I would probably get these again only because they are convenient and a quick easy fiber.

I started taking one per day to see what would help. One didn't help me much so during week two, I started taking two per day ( at the same time) and they helped splendidly. I am finally regular and my tummy issues are over!

They taste delicious and they give me just the right amount of added fiber. It's hard to ensure my diet contains enough fiber so knowing I can supplement extra is helpful and convenient. They're easy and handy to use daily as well. ..Also liked that it was a probiotic plant-based fiber product.
