I do not like to take pills, and use gummies for my suppliments. Its a great way to get some extra fiber. The orange flavor is good.

I absolutely love the fact that all I have to do now is just take one of these instead of drinking the powder in a glass of water or juice. These are so much more convenient. This is one of those products that sounds good on paper but is awful in practice. I was only about a quarter of the way through the bottle when I realized how difficult it had become to get them out of the container. Ever piece was stuck together, seemingly having melted at some point. Bear in mind I kept the container in the kitchen cabinet that does not receive any sort of heat. I took the time to cut open the container, separate out each sticky gummy, and (based on recommendations from the internet) coated each one in corn starch. They stayed un-stuck for about a week before gradually becoming sticky again even though I have them in a wider, more shallow container. I still take them daily--and I can't even say they are helpng with regularity. All I know is I will not be buying these again.

He also hates taking fiber supplements or drinks that benefit him. These gummies taste good and are easy for him to take compared to hard pills. After taking these for a week his gut health is much better and he does not have loose stools.
