[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the mattress for a week or so, but we like it so far. It is quite firm upon arrival (as expected from description and other reviews). I'm sleeping as well as I always have. My partner is still not sleeping great, but that's also typical for him. He's reporting that he has fewer aches, however, so that is a positive. Want to give it more time before making any final decisions on the product.

After sleeping on a traditional mattress & box spring system for over 60 years, the Tempur-adapt medium hybrid is taking a lot longer to get adjusted to; it's been 3 weeks since the new mattress arrived. My wife loves the new mattress; she only weighs about 115 pounds. I'm a side and back sleeper. The back sleeping position is ok, but the side sleeping is taking some time to get used to; I weigh about 175 pounds. The feeling of sinking down and being surrounded by a foam mattress is taking a while to get used to. I'll give it another week of break-in. If the comfort level and sleep does not improve, it's back to the traditional mattress and box spring set-up. My wife would recommend this product. It's too soon for me to recommend this product.

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with this mattress . Basically seemed comfortable but both my wife and myself are waking up with Back Pain. We had very High hopes but very disappointed. In the process of exchanging the Mattress our customer rep wanted to boost the cost up $ 1200 more for your firm Mattress. Wow this seems like we made a poor choice They are making a effort with another Mattress and seems things are jumping around to other products in there stock . My wife will need to revisit the store before they make the exchange to discover if this was the one we actually tested . So we do appreciate your concerns but we are unable to give you a satisfactory rating and seems it will be another brand You can keep in touch if you want to find out how this turns out

The first week or so I did not like it much; I am getting used to it. The thing I most dislike about it is that it is not easy to turn over. The mattress seems to drag and stick to your body. I am feeling less hip pain when I get up and for that I am grateful.

I absolutely love the tempur technology. I specifially got the temper hybrid adapt along with the cooling pillows and the products deliver true comfort and reliability. If i had the funds I probably would've chosen the tempur breeze! Honestly, the tempur-pedic mattress is a great step into long term investments, as well as long perfect nights rest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Adapt Medium has been comfortable, supportive, and has given me more consistent sleep on a nightly basis. I would recommend the softer version for a side sleeper, but these mattresses sleep cool and so far have not developed a "hole" where I sleep.

This mattress is not for me. I thought it would be good when I laid on it at the store; but when I slept on it at home it drove me crazy! I like to sleep more towards the edge of the bed but I felt like I was falling off the bed. It felt like I was tipping over. Also the mattress doesn't recover as quickly as spring mattresses do so I felt the indentation when I rolled over. Lastly, I couldn't get warm on the mattress as it was too cold. If I slept with a shirt it would probably be fine but I don't so I'm cold. This mattress might be good for someone who sleeps differently than I do but it's not for me!

love my Tempur-Pedic adapt. My previous mattress was also Tempur-Pedic.. That one slept hot, but I bought a mattress topper that cooled it. This new one so far is great. Because of low back pain I am Leary about trying any other mattress. My first Tempur-Pedic was 20-25 yrs old and still good enough in my spare room! Happy

We've had a Tempur-pedic for over 20 years and love these beds. I can't imagine sleeping on anything else. I've now put a Tempur-pedic topper in our guestroom and the bed is so much more comfortable now. I've had multiples shoulder and back surgeries and these truly are the only bad so I can sleep on.
