We have not found it to be comfortable or provide any cooling as sales rep assured us it would be. We bought the special mattress cover and sheets and I am hotter than I was with our previous bed and definitely not as comfortable. It has been 20days & not any different than day 1. We will give it until 30 days and then exchange it for something else.

My husband was having neck problems sleeping. I was having lower back pain with our old mattress. I dont feel any more pain after switching to this mattress. We both have very physical demanding jobs and train for marathons and triathlons. We are so RECHARGED! Stage 4 every night. It's like having a recliner at the same time. So happy and satisfied customers.

Ive had multiple Tempur-Pedic beds, they are perfectly soft and just melt to your body. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a bed I had for over a decade still was warrantied by Tempur-Pedic, was the old 20 year prorated warranty. The warranty process was seamless with honestly the best customer service I have seen from any business, ever... Sherrie Dickerson assisted me in upgrading my warranty to a king sized adapt medium, which is just flawless!!! She is a wonderful person!! Sooooo sweet and helpful! Thank you Sherrie! And thank you Tempur-Pedic for being just an awesome company! I will definitely be brand loyal in the future! Keep up the good work!

Not sure it was the right decision to purchase this mattress. The sales person did a great job selling his product. For example, "Once you sleep on a Tempurpedic, you won't sleep well on a hotel mattress." I don't find that to be true. Considering the price paid, I had high expectations. I don't think the mattress is making a significant difference in my sleep. I don't find it to be any better, or worse, than my previous, less-expensive mattress. I believe I could have spent less and gotten a different brand product that would have been just as good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I purchased the tempur adapt hybrid medium about a month ago, and oh my goodness, we've never slept better in our lives. I'm trying to figure out why we slept on our old, awful mattress for so long. The medium adapt is the perfect blend between soft and firm. It feels really firm when you plop down on it, but as soon as you lay down, it begins to form ever so slightly around your body. You're basically cradled in this perfect foam cloud, but it's still firm enough to help alleviate any back, neck or shoulder pain! For about three years now, I've had chronic neck and back pain (I'm 33, so still young) that I think was caused from a nonsupportive mattress. Since buying the tempur adapt, my neck and back pain is almost completely gone. This mattress has literally improved my life! I don't hurt all day anymore. If you're on the fence, just try it! We absolutely love it! Oh, and yes, it does seem really firm when you first get it, but after a month, it has broken in nicely and isn't nearly as firm as when we first slept on it. I also followed the suggestion of slowly walking on the mattress upon receiving it to help speed up the break-in process.

I absolutely love the tempur technology. I specifially got the temper hybrid adapt along with the cooling pillows and the products deliver true comfort and reliability. If i had the funds I probably would've chosen the tempur breeze! Honestly, the tempur-pedic mattress is a great step into long term investments, as well as long perfect nights rest!

I am a large person. 6'-7" - 250 LBS. This bed has zero support and is very hot. The deeper my body sinks into the mattress, the hotter it gets. We have had our mattress for 1 year, and I was hoping that my experience would improve, but it has not. I still wake up every morning stiff and longing for some comfort. Not what we were expecting or wanted. We tried to get a refund but the allowed time has already passed.

We had a memory foam mattress for 15 years and struggled with the fact that it was too hot, although comfortable. Tried every topper and cover possible. So, we went ahead and were talked into this one and it's still hot! Rooms to go will not return calls so we can return, I guess we are stuck once again, rolling over to find a cool spot

I turned 50 a few years ago, and even though I exercise and take care of myself I was waking with more minor aches and pains than I would have liked. I made an investment in this great product and have noticed a difference - I'm sleeping better and waking feeling more comfortable.

After sleeping on a traditional mattress & box spring system for over 60 years, the Tempur-adapt medium hybrid is taking a lot longer to get adjusted to; it's been 3 weeks since the new mattress arrived. My wife loves the new mattress; she only weighs about 115 pounds. I'm a side and back sleeper. The back sleeping position is ok, but the side sleeping is taking some time to get used to; I weigh about 175 pounds. The feeling of sinking down and being surrounded by a foam mattress is taking a while to get used to. I'll give it another week of break-in. If the comfort level and sleep does not improve, it's back to the traditional mattress and box spring set-up. My wife would recommend this product. It's too soon for me to recommend this product.
