Shipment arrived as scheduled and in great shape. Opened box and everything there as advertised. Read the manual before proceeding with start up. Added provided oil and pulled starter cord slowly to lubricate. Added gas. Two pulls and it was going. Pleased with how quiet it ran. Plugged in a couple of items and it handled the load well. I'm hoping when I plug in the RV or the pop up it does as well which I believe it will. Wish it had a fuel gauge and housing was metal but still very pleased at this time. I would recommend to others.

I received my iGen2200, read through the instructions and in no time at all had it running. The instructions are very easy to understand and I was impressed that it came with a bottle of oil and spark plug wrench. It took me only two pulls to get it running the first time and it was very quiet. In addition it is light enough to carry easily.

I purchased this generator the last week in August when hurricane Laura was predicted to hit Houston dead on. It didn't hit us, but did major damage in Louisiana, so I did not need it at the time and it sat in the box in the garage. I contemplated returning, but figured I would need it eventually and boy was I glad we had it when Texas failed to look out for its citizens allowing us to be stranded 4 days with NO POWER and, for us, no water due to pipes bursting on account of the lack of power during this abnormal cold spell we had here in Houston!! I had originally purchased it solely to keep my freezer in the garage running and charge cell phones. It was so cold out the freezer was fine, but this kept us alive and warm running an electric room heater we had on hand, so I am thankful we had it and it worked beautifully! Kept us at a toasty 70 degrees in the oversize master bedroom even when it was 12 (feels like -2) outside! I don't tolerate cold well so I was glad this unit functioned as described and worked so beautifully for us here! Thank you Westinghouse-- -- you may well have saved this old gal's life!

Really impressed with this unit. Came with easy to follow "getting started" instructions in addition to the full blown user manual. Set up was as easy as adding oil and gasoline and cranking it up. It started on the first pull which was not a very hard pull for me (I was just trying to cycle some gas into the motor!). It powers my refrigerator no problem, also was able to run an electric chain saw space heater, basically anything you could put on a 15 amp breaker in your home. I'm really enjoying the unit, can't wait to take it tail gating or camping. This is the first generator I've owned and I've been very pleased.

I really liked the out of the box ease of use and set up. Except for the gas, everything is included. I reviewed and researched options and found the Westinghouse the least expensive of all the companies using the same manufacturer to make the product.

Did some research prior to purchasing, was looking for a small Gasoline Inverter Generator to power my pellet stove when we lose power. This was a great one without breaking “breaking the bank” on a huge generator. Plus it will be great for camping/travel if needed!

We had a storm knock out power for an extended period of time. This was the first time I had to use the generator. Prep and operation were easy and supplied the necessary power to save the food in our refrigerator and provide lighting until the power was restored 7 hours later. So glad that I purchased the generator. I will definitely be using it for other non-weather related applications.

My wife and I were looking for an affordable, efficient way to power our RV at locations that do not offer electrical hook ups. We searched several other products and found this one to every bit as powerful, more efficient, and so much quieter than the other models we looked at buying. Westinghouse seems to have the best product at the best price.

brand new out of the box was leaking gas out up near the carb when you turn the dial to choke. I eventually got it running and the leak seemed to stop. hope it was just a stuck bowl thing or something. I needed it and can't be dealing with returning it and waiting god knows how long to get a replacement. it's brand new and should work I was furious at first but now it is what it is.

Typically with a product at this price point you don't expect good instructions or support. However, the product comes with very easy to follow instructions and their support was excellent. I only called to have a few questions answered and the rep was very response and helpful. Thanks again for a great product!
