super easy to start, does what it's designed to do. A bit louder than I expected but it's probably hard to put a large muffler on these units. Not super loud. Easy to figure out the knobs and switches and features, especially if you read the directions. Don't forget to put oil in before you start it the first time!

Bought this small generator to use when my larger generator is not required. So far very happy. It came with engine oil, screwdriver (to remove side panel to get to oil fill spout) and spark plug tool. Filled generator with oil and non-ethanol gas and it started in a couple of pulls. It is very quiet and I should get many years of service from this unit. So far very pleased.

Appreciated Schematic, Parts list, exploded drawings, and valve lash adjustment instructions. Kudos to your Tech Writers. - Experienced difficulty removing service cover first time. There is no cover feature to aid removal.- Caused slight cosmetic blemish from prying with screwdriver.- Suggest addition of designated "pry points" or other feature to facilitate service cover removal.

It is a new purchase, I have a Honda 2000 watt generator and the Westinghouse generator is just as quiet. Is was super easy to start . From out of the box to start the instructions were clear and straightforward. Two pulls and the unit started . The generator runs as it should, quiet and producing power as needed. ECO switch worked great, keeping rpms low until needed .

We bought this generator to use on our first ever camping trip to the beach and let me just start off by saying that this is was waaaay quieter than I thought. I was getting anxiety waiting for it to arrive to test it out before our beach trip. I didn't want to get something that was too loud and obnoxious to my surrounding campers. we did not power a ton of things on it. Mostly 2 larger fans and several chargers and it ran about 12 plus before needing to re-gas.

Bought this awesome lil generator skeptical at first but man what a great piece of equipment was going through the initial start up barely pulling the start cord very slowly to get engine moving with oil barely pulling…… it's starting !!!!! Easiest pull start I have ever encountered it is super quiet and on eco-mode it's even more quiet if you're looking for a little generator lightweight quiet easy to operate and inexpensive this is the one

I have a professional DJ sound system with speakers and lighting that needs more than 2000w of power. I had my doubts if my i2200 would handle it at maximum volume. but yes!! it held up easily without blinking the overload light even once. Small and powerful equipment! Very light and silent!

This is my first generator. It starts easily & stores well. I have no comparison, but holding a conversation when standing next to it would be uncomfortably loud. For camping or tailgating, I would want a decently long cable to stand further from the noise.

I am very pleased with how quiet this is when at idle (and eco mode). It feels solid, starts on the first pull, and was able to power all the electrical appliances in our camper (other than the A/C, as expected, and not all at once). This is our second generator, the other is a 3100W Inverter. Our higher powered generator is about 110 pounds dry, so this one will be going with us on all but the hottest camping trips! Maintenance access openings are well placed, and the instruction manual was just detailed enough to get us going right away. Including the spark plug wrench, oil and funnel was wonderful!
