I had been researching small generators since the winter freeze, and coming across the iGen2200 I knew it would be a perfect fit for my needs. Now having it, my expectations are exceeded! I can't believe how easy this is to start, how quiet it runs. This is a high-quality piece of equipment, well made and should last for many years.

After suffering a week with no power after hurricane Irma, I wanted to be prepared should it happen again. I reviewed several inverter generators and the iGen2200 appeared in all ways to fit my needs and my budget. I ordered it online and received it the very next day. I haven't run it yet, but being of an advanced age (!) I am impressed with the instruction manual's ease of understanding and compactness of the unit considering it's application. Once I have used my unit, I will update my review, but at this point, I only expect a continued satisfaction.

I was not expecting this generator to be as light or quiet as it is. I have owned a small Honda in the past and it was not as quiet or as light. Setup instructions were clear and accurate. Funnel screws into the oil dipstick so no mess no spills. This is a well thought out product. I will purchase a second one to run in tandem for our fifth wheel. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this generator at the beginning of August to have on standby for occasional power outages from storms in the summer and winter. I read online that this generator is very quiet and have to say that so far, I agree. In eco mode when there is little power draw, the engine is very quiet. Even when the draw increases, the engine still isn't extremely loud. I haven't tried full load yet as I want to try to power a refrigerator and chest freezer in case the power goes out so we don't lose food. I will be testing that in the coming months to confirm. There are only two concerns I have: - It would be nice if this had a low fuel LED indicator. It does have low oil but fuel would also be helpful. - I also wish the lower end model (iGen2200) has a wattage gauge of some type to see what the load is. I know the 2500 has an LED display to track this but would be nice if the 2200 also came equipped with some thing similar even if not as advanced as a digital screen. Overall, I have been pleased so far. I was looking for a generator cheaper than the popular Honda's that was quiet and still lightweight. I was looking at Wen generators as well but found a great deal on this Westinghouse and have been happy with my purchase. I don't think I will have a need for parallel operation but it is nice to have this option just in case.

I looked for an Inverter Generator for a while. After looking at features and reviews I decided to give this one a try. It appears well made and easy to service. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I am confident it work well when needed. It seems light and easy to move around.

I have been searching for a quality inverter generator that could get the job done and meet my criteria. It had to be efficient, low noise, light weight, dependable, reasonable value and look great. I am very proud and confident the IGen2200 is the perfect generator. I compared other manufacturers and reviewed multiple sites and reviews. I knew of Westinghouse and immediately became a fan based on what others were saying about their generators. Once I received my IGen2200, I was extremely excited. I followed the set up procedures and it started immediately with ease. I can't wait to hit the road and use it at tailgates or camping and know that I have a great unit for back up power at home when needed. Thanks Westinghouse. I am a big fan!

We bought this on the 1 Nov 2022 and took ir to Puerto Rico. We have use it already here and it is very easy to start and have enought power to run the small fridge, tv and lights that we were very conftable while the power was off. Thanks for a very well done equipment.

I purchased this generator new about a year ago. We use it along with a solar power system for off-grid camping. Mainly use for cooking with electric and for charging batteries when there isn't much sun. Sometimes use for 5000 btu air conditioner, coffee pot, and misc. Pros. - -Great fuel economy. Very seldom need to refuel. Lasts at least 12-13 hours on a tank of gas, which for us amounts to about a week of camping! -Quiet enough for use in parks. -Easy starting. Usually starts in one pull. When very cold maybe 2 pulls. -Serves all our electricity needs for camping. -So far has been dependable. No problems yet. -Very low maintenance (oil change once a year). Cons. - None yet. For the price it can't be beat! Definitely recommend.

I have been running a 750w space heater for the break in period and have had not problems so far. It revs up and down when changing the load. This is my 1st generator so I have minimal expectations on how it should work. I found this this model at a really good price and finally bought one, I had limited time to watch online review videos and but the few I saw only gave me a good feeling about this one. As far as setup, it came with easy to understand instructions and was up and running in less than 30min. Only feature I feel it is lacking is the hour meter. I did purchase an after market one but I am currently having trouble getting it to work consistently.

I bought this a few weeks ago to power my Grand Design Imagine 2250RK. The unboxing was easy. Oil fill was even easier with the nice screw in funnel-NO MESS! Much quieter than I expected. Pull start was very easy and there is a cord protector so decrease the fraying of pull cord. Powers the electronics, lights, and electric fire place with NO problems. I have not used the AC yet, I suspect it will be either what I am powering now or the AC but not both. I will update once AC used.
