Really impressed with this unit. Came with easy to follow "getting started" instructions in addition to the full blown user manual. Set up was as easy as adding oil and gasoline and cranking it up. It started on the first pull which was not a very hard pull for me (I was just trying to cycle some gas into the motor!). It powers my refrigerator no problem, also was able to run an electric chain saw space heater, basically anything you could put on a 15 amp breaker in your home. I'm really enjoying the unit, can't wait to take it tail gating or camping. This is the first generator I've owned and I've been very pleased.

I BOUGHT THIS TO PROVIDE POWER TO MY HOME IN THE EVENT OF HURRICANES OR OTHER POWER FAILURES. IT STARTS RIGHT UP AND WORKS GREAT. I CAN RUN MY REFRIDGERATOR, LIGHTS. CELING FANS AND TV USING 1/7TH THE AMOUNT OF GAS MY OTHER GENERATOR TAKES. IT'S FAIRLY LIGHTWEIGHT, SO YOU CAN MOVE IT AROUND WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY. OH, DID I MENTION HOW MUCH QUIETER IT IS? YOU CAN HARDLY HEAR IT RUNNING OUTSIDE.

I purchased this generator the last week in August when hurricane Laura was predicted to hit Houston dead on. It didn't hit us, but did major damage in Louisiana, so I did not need it at the time and it sat in the box in the garage. I contemplated returning, but figured I would need it eventually and boy was I glad we had it when Texas failed to look out for its citizens allowing us to be stranded 4 days with NO POWER and, for us, no water due to pipes bursting on account of the lack of power during this abnormal cold spell we had here in Houston!! I had originally purchased it solely to keep my freezer in the garage running and charge cell phones. It was so cold out the freezer was fine, but this kept us alive and warm running an electric room heater we had on hand, so I am thankful we had it and it worked beautifully! Kept us at a toasty 70 degrees in the oversize master bedroom even when it was 12 (feels like -2) outside! I don't tolerate cold well so I was glad this unit functioned as described and worked so beautifully for us here! Thank you Westinghouse-- -- you may well have saved this old gal's life!

I purchased this to use in emergency situations when hurricanes come our way and I use to run a small window unit and a small refrigerator. Seems to be well put together, well packaged - Westinghouse upped the generator game when they came out with their iGen series. My buddy is a farmer and has this same unit, it is used hard and has never gave him a hint of a problem. Add oil - gas her up and you are good to go. I'm sold!

My son bought it for me for Christmas and have not been able to use it for our ice eater at our duck lease for the past 2 years due the drought in Missouri. I was finally able to use it to run a pump to pump out a neighbor's basement after a broken water pipe thawed out a few days after the deep freeze we had. It worked great and he was impressed with the power and the compact size.

Purchased this generator to be able to charge batteries and other devices while working on projects that are off the grid. The electronics that I use are sensitive as well as need clean power. This unit is compact, lightweight, simple to set up, and delivers the clean power needed to operate sensitive electronics!!

So far, it's great!!! It has little detailed features most places you read about this item don't even tell you, like a fuel filter/strainer right under the gas cap and covers on the outlets. It's very well built and we're happy that we didn't spend twice as much money on another company's generator with the same/similar features. It's also very quiet and quite light. Happy customers!!

I purchased two of these for camping with my 30ft. travel trailer. I must say this little generator puts out the power. It's very light and runs for a long time, very fuel efficient. It's very quiet too! I watched some youtube videos on it because I wasn't sure it had enough beef to run my air conditioner. It certainly does! I highly recommend it.

I bought the iGen 2200 in August. It arrived within two weeks and I was kept up to date on delivery process. Once it arrived, the set up instructions were easy to follow and I had it working right away. It powered a couple of extension cords just fine. I think this will serve my needs for power outages very well. It is around 47 pounds so I have placed it on a rolling cart to make it easier to move from storage.

Shipment arrived as scheduled and in great shape. Opened box and everything there as advertised. Read the manual before proceeding with start up. Added provided oil and pulled starter cord slowly to lubricate. Added gas. Two pulls and it was going. Pleased with how quiet it ran. Plugged in a couple of items and it handled the load well. I'm hoping when I plug in the RV or the pop up it does as well which I believe it will. Wish it had a fuel gauge and housing was metal but still very pleased at this time. I would recommend to others.
