Very nice easy to start generator. Great features like screw in oil funnel and gas drain hose that is attached to drain the bowl. I like it better than my Honda 2000 and it parallels to it just fine. It is super quiet and be sure to observe the break in period as the manual states for a long life

Easy start with one pull! Checked voltage and frequency output with and without load using Fluke 117 True RMS Multimeter. Voltage and frequency as published. Tested output with a 250 Watt resistive load. Monitored output load, voltage and frequency with Kill A Watt P3. Voltage, current and wattage were stable.

This is a preliminary review - I tested this generator on a space heater for 30 minutes. It generated 12.5 Amps, 1500 watts and I put it on eco-mode. The heater functioned normally. Aprox. 2 ounces of fuel was used. Eco-mode should be used for devices using less than 50% of the generator's capacity but this model automatically produces whatever energy is required up to the maximum output. As soon as the heater was unplugged, the generator reduced output and quieted down. It's much quieter in eco-mode but still more quiet than my neighbor's generator 100 hundred yards away when putting out 1500 Watts. Do not use indoors and use the appropriate extension cord for the appliance being powered. The 12 gauge, 50' cord attached to the heater used in this test stayed cool to the touch.

I like the features and what appears to be a solidly constructed generator. I wish the location of the dipstick was more convenient for checking the oil as often as recommended. You need to remove the side cover which requires a screwdriver to remove two screws. Once you remove the screws, you have to pull the maintenance cover off that is also held in place by grommet posts. The manual says to "carefully pull the cover out with both hands to prevent damage to the grommet posts." This does not sound the like the best arrangement for accessing the oil dipstick.

This engine starts with the first pull. Amazing... It will run everything I have except for my mid-size air compressor but I wasn't expecting it would. We bought it to run an oxygen machine should the power go out. This will work perfectly for that; running 12 hours on a gallon of gas. Five gallons of gas should get us through most every power outage. Perfect! It runs our hotplates and small heaters but not all at the same time. I see us using this generator a lot! Portable and ready to go. We live at 6,400 feet. It runs at full power up here.

I bought this for tailgating and small events. This generator was worth every penny spent. It has ran flawlessly both times I've used it and has started right up! It is so quiet and easy to carry-lightweight. I recommend this to anyone looking to purchase an inverter style generator.

Purchased this generator - filled with oil and gas - started on the first pull. Ran and tested with several power loads - Overloaded with a full sized air compressor but that wasn't a surprise as I need a 20 amp dedicated circuit for it alone. Everything else seems OK. Will see how it goes in the future as this is a backup/alternative power source for hurricane season - I love Florida, and hurricane season and tourist season and love bug season and .....still wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Just got this a couple of days ago! Added gas and oil it started right up! runs fine . ran it for 1 hr. at idle then changed oil to make sure everything is good. Oil was pretty clean no no metal shaving or anything. Ran for additional 1 hr at fast idle no problems changed oil again clean. Ran again for 1 hr under load of 1500 watt electric heater ran fine no issues! Now it should ready for years of use. Happy with my new generator!

Recent purchase from 09/2020, very limited usage so I've only given it 4 stars until I get some more run time. Starts easily, runs smooth at eco (no load) speed, seems well built, have only ran it about 15 minutes with a load, no issues. Fairly quiet on eco, it is much louder with a load, as you would expect from a gas engine running at it's peak.

I bought this to keep the batteries on my 5th wheel charged and to also run the microwave. It does both as expected. The thing I enjoy the most about it is how quite it is. I set it 10ft off the back corner of my 5th wheel and even with all the windows open I can hardly hear it.
