This is an exceptional machine. With gas prices on the rise This tiny time powerhouse will give me a half a day of constant smooth running power . I am even able run aaser printer off of it.. love it love it love it. .I live in the city and I can run it through the night and it doesn't seem to bother neighbors at theeast

I just bought my new iGen2200 and was excited about my purchase. I carefully put the oil, added the gas and once I put it on CHOKE to start, it would kick in but never stabilize. I would give it over 30 seconds before switching it to RUN and then it would turn off. I was ready to call the 800 line but 7 hrs later it ran smooth. The next day, I tried turning it on and pull the cable and it would not start...After 2 hrs letting it rest, I was able to start it again. I am definitely having doubts about the reliability of the product.

I purchased the iGen2200 online 8/1/2020; I received the inverter about 2 weeks later. After reading all instructions, I filled with the provided oil, and filled with the correct gasoline.The generator started on the first pull!! and ran like a champ. After warming up, I plugged in a 1300 watt appliance, and the generator picked up speed but was still surprisingly quiet. I let the inverter/generator run under a fluctuating load from a Kitchen appliance which pulled 1300 watts when heating and then dropping power draw when the appliance reached the 375 degree temperature I set - and then of course the appliance and generator/inverter cycled on/off to maintain the heat -for about 30 minutes.I utilized the "Efficiency Mode" feature which worked as described flawlessly. This feature saves gas while maintaining the lowest noise levels and only speeding up when a load is put on the Generator/Inverter. I am extremely satisfied so far with my purchase and will certainly recommend this Generator/Inverter from Westinghouse.

After setting up I ran it with no load for 20 minutes. Seemed ok. The next day I ran it with a lite constant load, engine would constantly rev up and down. After 2 hours I shut it off. The next day started it up and within seconds (with no power plugged into it) it overloaded and shut down. Awaiting reply from customer service.

I just bought this generator and I needed it for an emergency trip up to the mountains without this. I would've been lost. This was so simple to use. I was able literally to pull it out of the box. Add the oil add some fuel and on the first pull, it started I had no weird issues with it at all. It was able to power at least half the items I needed at one time I do not regret buying this. The best features that I can do parallel electrical support with it. It came with all the tools I needed and so far I have had no issues used to be a Yamaha and Honda guy, but I am now Westing house guy! I would absolutely recommend this purchase For anyone who is on the fence.

The iGen1500c is just what we needed to power essentials during home power outages. For example, we found we could not open our rather heavy garage door during an outage, and our cars were in the garage. The inverter includes two 20 amp outlets, other outlets to plug cell phone chargers directly to the unit, and parallel connectors. The iGen1500c is quiet, very easy to start, and the thorough instructions are easy to understand.
