I am so grateful that I heard about this service. I had great skin after getting help from a great dermatologist in my teens to early 20s. I am very pleased. I received my test promptly. Even though the direction were simple and clear I didn't get a large enough blood sample. They immediately sent me another test kit at NO charge. The results were surprising and so extremely helpful especially the hidden foods.

I have had a reaction to certain foods for a couple years and could not figure out what was causing my mouth and gums to be sore, I will take the results from test to help me eliminate possible trigger foods. I must admit some of the result surprised me.

I was surprised by the results, didn't find what I thought would be there. I am happy with the test and would recommend it to all. The only issue I had was not with the test itself but I had the hardest time getting enough blood. I am on Plavix and a daily baby aspirin and I still kept clotting fast.

Taking this test was very informative. I learned that I'm sensitive to 5 common foods. After I got my results, I took part in a zoom meeting with a nutritionist. She further explained the test. Now I know the difference between food sensitivity and food allergies. This was a great experience and a great value.

This test was pretty easy to use, though I had trouble getting enough blood on the sample paper. The information gained from it far outweighed the minor issue I had. I would recommend this test to anyone wanting to find out if they have any food sensitivities.

I have gone to several doctors for IBS. The only think they suggested was eat yogurt and more fiber. Fiber helped, but wasn't perfect. Yogurt didn't help at all. Took this test and realized I am sensitive to eggs, milk and YOGURT! Without this test I would have never figured that out. Never thought eggs or yogurt would be an issue. Best thing is I didn't have to go to another doctor again that would just guess what might be going on. Also didn't have to stop all food and then add things back in! The test was so easy unless you don't like the site of your own blood. Just use the lance your finger and then add a few drops on the cardboard, let it dry and send it off! Easy!

I've had issues with my tummy for years. I thought it was dairy related so I been avoiding it but still occasionally get sick. According to the test egg whites, garlic, mushrooms, and bell peppers are the most likely to cause problems and I put them on everything. Excited to see what happens after cutting those out. P.s- I got to eat pizza for first time in 3 years and it was heaven!

I had no idea some of the foods they tested for affected me. It was very eye opening and helped me tweak my diet to potentially have more energy, less headaches, etc. It's a great tool to learn more about your food sensitivities and possible triggers.
