I can't express how important this test is to me! I was feeling very sick for about a year and not knowing why after my yearly physical came back healthy. I decided to take this test since I have never been tested for food sensitivities and found out I'm highly sensitive to dairy! Something I've been consuming every day! It makes so much sense now. Since I've removed dairy from my diet I feel so much better. It really was affecting my mood and my everyday life. Wish I had done this sooner!!

This changed my life. No wonder I was feeling uncomfortable after eating. Lots of the foods I eat often were on my moderate and mild sensitivity list. I was excited to finally make the move and purchase a food sensitivity test. I was very underwhelmed with the experience. It took longer than expected to get the results and then when I got the results it felt extremely basic and I question the validity of the product.

This was an extremely easy and helpful process. I have been getting sick for about 6 months and been to my doctor multiple times and my labs have come back normal. Decided to try this because it couldn't hurt anything and I need answers/relief. Have started the elimination diet for my highest reactive foods and after just a week I am feeling much better! Going to follow up and discuss my results with my doctor and see what she says. I am going to attend Everly's live webinar this Friday

The sample gathering and submission process was clear and easy. Getting text updates when the lab received my sample and when my results were ready was great. The disappointment is in the results. It is kind of like, OK, now what? I now have a list of things I'm sensitive to but have no idea what to do with it. There's not enough information about the scoring system and what it means. Instructions mention elimination diet but don't tell you which (rated) foods to focus on. And the scaling and significance is weird. Just not clear enough. I don't know what to do with my results.

This test was so easy to do, and the results were easy to read and interpret. I am so grateful for the ability to order tests on my own without intervention from doctors. It allows me to take charge of my health, and seek medical advice when it is actually needed. Thank you for this service!

I took this test so I could know foods my body isn't happy with. Since cutting out these foods and replacing them with other ones, I do feel a clarity throughout the day, where I used to feel foggy around 4-5pm. I also feel good about knowing I am doing better for myself. The verdict is still out on if it will help me lose weight or not, since the changes have only been going on for a week. The company was outstanding with being thorough, being supportive, and helpful. This test was cheaper than other tests that do the same thing. Very happy with the purchase.

The test was very easy to complete. I have low blood flow so it was hard to get enough to come out the first time I took the test. Customer Service was very helpful in letting me know I didn't have enough of the sample and also sending me out a fresh testing sheet. I completed the test a second time after a 30 minute cardio workout to make sure my blood was flowing really well. That works perfectly! I got my test results back within 72 hours of sending the test in. I couldn't believe how fast it was!

I found that I was highly sensitive to eggs. So I started an elimination diet and could not believe that all of the foods, dressings, snacks that made me feel sick and tired had eggs in them! I never put 2:2 together. I'd workout, have an egg to replenish then think I was lethargic from the workout! Now I worked out, avoided eggs and already have boatloads of energy! Thank you Everlywell! You've changed my life so simply! And so quickly!!! I've already recommended to so many friends and family.

The kit was easy to use - the videos were helpful. They communicated with me during the delivery of the kit to the receiving of the kit and when the processing was complete. I was impatient- so I needed that!! It was quick too! The results were quick and easy to understand.
