I have done a very strict elimination diet previously. No gluten, dairy, soy or fructose. When each food group was reintroduced I had no side effects but continued to have GI issues periodically. My naturopath said I may not have an allergy but I could still have a sensitivity to certain foods. This test gives me an idea of which ones I may have problems with so I can work on reducing those in my diet.

I am currently in the process of my sensitive food elimination . This test gave me a really good jumping off point! Years of health issues and this test gives me a chance to take charge and change. I do wish they tested for different types of sugars, but still worth it!

This test was very enlightening! It's a great way to uncover "hidden" sensitivities you might not know you have, so you can do something about it! The test was easy to use, it came with everything I needed, including shipping bag and label -- a very well-organized kit. The how-to video was extremely helpful beforehand, and so is the information Everlywell provides to parse your results afterward.

I liked how easy the product was to use. But, I was told 4-6 business days turn around and it took quite a few longer than that. They did communicate that there was a hold up, but no intended date of completion. All in all, it was useful and I would recommend the product in the future.

I have had sneaking suspicions that I am adverse or sensitive to certain food(s) so I thought I'd give Everlywell a try. The cost was perfect and the test arrived fast. The directions in the box, as well as online, were easy to follow and everything needed to safely take the test was included. The process is easy and painless. Shipping back to the lab took a little longer than I expected (philadelphia to pittsburgh took over 10 days) but that is NOT related to Everlywell. My results were supposed to take 4-5 days for me to receive back but I got them in 1!!! Amazing. The follow up communication after, with helpful information about my results and how I can take it a step further, have been so helpful

I finally got confirmation about the food sensitivities that I suspected. This test is very helpful. The test results were very easy to read and print out to take to my doctor. I had a few problems with the blood lancets, but recieved a prompt reply with thorough instructions. My only recoomendation would be to put 3 lancets in the kit. My first one didn't work properly, the second one worked but I had difficulty getting enough blood needed for the specimen dots. It would have been helpful to have a third lancet. I already recommended this to some family members.

Once you receive the package and begin the test, you poke yourself with the lancets they provide. I was not able to get enough blood the first time so I used the second one. They gave helpful instructions on how to get more blood and explained things very throughly.
