Surprisingly the lancets are very non evasive. So for those of you who are scaredy-cats with regards to needles or getting your finger pricked, you can rest easy. I was also surprised and a bit sad to learn that egg yolks and egg whites came up as higher sensitivity items for me. I mostly took the test to see if there were items that I had suspicions with were shown in my results as I've been feeling bloated, gassy, and overall sluggish. I have yet to listen in on the webinar, but am looking forward to learning more about my results and what I can do with them going forward with regards to diet and eating habits.

I was surprised gluten did not show up in the results I have been sensitive to gluten for years! I had IBS type symptoms add was put on medication. I was on these drugs for 5 years stopped eating gluten and was able to go off these medications. So I know for a fact that I am sensitive to gluten!!

I have experienced digestive issues for as long as I can remember. I kept of journal of food that made me feel sick, and eliminated everything that I suspected I was intolerant to. But, I was still experiencing symptoms. I went to the allergist; they found no food allergies. I went to a gastroenterologist. I have been wondering about food sensitivities for a while. With all the elimination diets I have done, I came to the conclusion that food was not a reliable predictor of pain for me.
