- 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/8/2019The test kit came in just a few days. It was easy to use. The results came right away. I was surprised to learn I am allergic to so many things, especially almonds (I'm gluten free!) and tomatoes! I would have never suspected tomatoes! Thanks for making this product affordable and without a doctor's prescription.
Everly Food Intolerance testing
natural girlOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase8/6/2019Test worked well and gave me some surprising though helpful results. It might have been cheaper to ask my doctor to send me to a lab so I could use my insurance. But if that isn't an option with your insurance coverage, this is an economic alternative.
Test worked well
J9Originally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/28/2020I was surprised by my food sensitivity results! I was eating foods that were causing inflammation everyday that I never would have guessed to be the cause. Once I eliminated those foods I started feeling a lot better and my digestion was back on track!
Definitely worth it!
KatieOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase7/27/2018I have recently been having digestive issues and researching how the gut is our "second brain". It's amazing how digestion is associated with stress in your body and your hormones are connected to how we handle stress, etc. So I figured I'd start with finding what foods are stressing out my body and start my healing process there. The kit was easy to use BUT there was quite a bit more blood needed than I had expected. The kit includes 3 lancets. I used two because my blood clotted and "dried up" before I could get the card filled with my blood sample from my first finger stick. My results came only 3 days after they confirmed they received my package. It took 2 days via USPS for them to retrieve sample. Super fast and easy to navigate websi...
So empowering!
LWntcOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase12/19/2017Easy and fast to do. The test confirmed what I kind of already suspected with regards to foods that make me sick. There were a couple of surprises, however, but they made perfect sense in filling in the whole picture. I can definitely use this information to better guide my dietary choices. Time will tell if this helps with my symptoms, but I'm cautiously optimistic.
About what I expected with a couple of surprises
Nick in the desertOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase11/12/2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The test arrived quickly and was easy to use. My results were also quick to arrive. It confirmed a lot of what I thought I should avoid. I was pleased to see that I had no severe sensitivities. Now I can have a game plan on what foods to eat and what to limit.
Easy to use and quick results
PamOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase7/4/2022I have been experiencing certain issues and was hoping the Food Sensitivity Test could provide answers. The results allowed me to rule out foods that I eat as a culprit. The foods I eat, I am not Sensitive to, which is good. The list of foods which would create issues, I do not eat, equally good to know.
Good to Know
RetiredOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/20/2021I've been having issues for years and in recent months I've had migraines non stop. I finally tried this food sensitivity test and am so thankful I did. I've only had my results for a few days and been avoiding the foods in reactive to and already I am feeling much better. The results came really quickly and were so easy to access as well. Very comprehensive and helpful.
So helpful!!
AngelaOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/21/2019There are so many anti inflammatory diets out there and I'd tried many; none worked for me. This is because no 2 people are the same. Turns out if I eat fermented foods for my gut health I cause more harm than good because brewers yeast, one of my top intolerances is in fermented foods! And that's just one example. Finding out what my body can tolerate has been so helpful! Stop guessing and just take the test!
Wish I'd done this sooner!
BGCOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase9/27/2018The allergy test is an excellent idea for B-day present; I got one exactly on this day. The hardest part was to pinch a finger, and it took me a while to do so. I got my results after 5 days. So all process is really easy. Also, I got text notification when results were ready. Overall I liked the test, nothing significant on results, but that was fun.
Great idea for the present
seebleOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase12/29/2020Used the food sensitivity test to determine some recent health issues. Wasn't surprised by cows milk but was very surprised by egg whites! So I'll make more changes to my diet! I'll limit the other foods that were in the mild category. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone! A friend suggested you to me and I'm VERY HAPPY he did! Thank you!
Very helpful
TeddyOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase12/13/2017This test was well worth the money and I would definitely recommend it. It is giving me a starting point to begin an elimination diet because I had been overwhelmed at the thought of completely giving up so many foods all at once. Now I can start with my most reactive foods and go from there. I haven't had a chance to share my results with my doctor yet, but I ordered a food sensitivity test from EverlyWell because I couldn't convince my doctor to order the test for me in the first place. The results dashboard has a very attractive interface and is easy to understand. I like that there are two printing formats available. The turnaround time from the lab was so impressive. My sample arrived on a Friday and I had my results by Tuesday morning...
Interesting results and fast turn around!
JillOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase4/23/2018Wonderful product! The kit was so easy to use and the results came back very fast and were so easy to read and understand. The personalized results gave me great information that I had always questioned. I can't believe I waited so long to do these tests! Wonderful customer service and constant communication through email and texts as to when the kit was shipped, when my kit was received back and when the results were ready! I cannot say enough good things about the experience and results with this company!
Easy to use! Fast shipping and fast and easy to read results
carperOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/21/2021I've had issues with my tummy for years. I thought it was dairy related so I been avoiding it but still occasionally get sick. According to the test egg whites, garlic, mushrooms, and bell peppers are the most likely to cause problems and I put them on everything. Excited to see what happens after cutting those out. P.s- I got to eat pizza for first time in 3 years and it was heaven!
Insightful, intrigued to see what happens
GnrOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/5/2020I've experienced symptoms related to dairy products for years! I took the test, and lo and behold, I have sensitivity. I feel so happy to have official results regarding the milk, but also surprised at the other foods I react to. I think knowing what could potentially be making me sick will change my life.
This test is so vindicating!
SarahOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/29/2018Was suffering from some hive like spots and itching over the past couple of months. Figured it MIGHT be too much dairy, non-organic dairy in major coffee chain coffee that I'd started drinking plus cheese for lunch, etc. Super easy ordering and testing process (finger pricking for blood sample). Quick turnaround (about 5 days from shipping sample) for results. I do think the explanation pages on the website could use improvement. Lots of questions on the Facebook community page from folks who don't quite understand the antibody/food sensitivity test results. Overall though, the results did confirm what I'd thought, plus a bit more. Great way to kick of figuring out triggers and food sensitivities from the comfort of your home!
Great, easy way to start figuring out food triggers
RedrockgirlOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 3 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/6/2024I have taken a few test with this company and had really great results, I have learned so much but I just took the food sensitive and didn't really react to anything but now I am wondering if my allergy pill I take in spring might have effected the results ??? I didn't see anything warning me about it but this is the first test I have taken with this company I question the results on..
Mixed feelings

elizabeth the seamstressOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 2 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/18/2018I got the data but understanding what it means regarding how I should act on it was unclear. There should be a wealth of information linked directly from the test on that. I get it if I have high sensitivity to something, but when it comes to mild sensitivity, what does that really mean if I'm mildly sensitive to almost everything I eat? Should I act on it? If something is 0.29 vs 0.31 it moves from mild to moderate but is that really meaningful? It's not very useful to know the results if the interpretation is unclear.
The interpretation / application of the data is difficult
EliGOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/14/2019I've been told by doctors I was gluten sensitive without ever having proof from any tests. I went gluten free for 6 weeks and yeah, I felt better but was not convinced gluten was the sole culprit of all of my gastric issues. I ran across this test and after seeing testimonials of other people like me decided I had nothing to lose. The test itself wasn't painful (carefully follow directions and watch the video). It took some time for the results but well worth the wait. My suspicions were confirmed! In addition to gluten, I am most sensitive to eggs and dairy among a few other things. I have ordered the expanded test and plan to do the elimination diet after I receive those results to pinpoint my main food sensitivities. If you have any issu...
