Happy to know my moderate sensitivities, but the "low" Malden me think I had to eliminate those foods as well. The doctor version says all my lows are normal. Very confusing and gave me anxiety thinking I had to give up all the lows too. Would recommend changing to make more clear.

I purchased the food sensitivity test and the thyroid test. I had symptoms for having a low functioning thyroid and the test confirmed it. I was also having stomach problems with foods and I thought it was only a couple foods because I actually took the time to write a food diary and already knew dairy was a problem but then figured out gluten was too. When the results came back for the EverlyWell test, sure enough gluten and dairy were among 23 foods that I'm sensitive to. Now I can start fixing myself by changing my lifestyle and by seeing a doc to see if I need to get medication for my thyroid.

I was skeptical about doing this test. 1) it is a financial investment; 2) there were mixed reviews. After dealing with some minor, but ongoing stomach pain for years, I decided it was worth knowing. I am very glad I took the test and feel like the investment was worth it. I learned that I am very sensitive to milk, something that had shown up in a past allergy skin test I had taken, but wasn't sure if it was a real issue. It also showed sensitivity to many foods I eat on a regular basis. While I probably won't eliminate all those foods, I will be more conscious about how many of them I eat on the same day in hopes that it will alleviate the pain I'm having. I do think the test is very informative and it was easy to do. I highly recommend it.

20 yrs. ago I had a blood test like this that showed some highly reactive foods. None were highly reactive by the everlywell test. 3 that I consider critical still showed up reactive this time. Those 3 cause notable symptoms for me, like stomach and joint pain, diarrhea, and gas. I expected more correlation.

Very clear instructions on collecting the sample and mailing back for analysis. Fast turnaround too. Turns out a lot of the food I consume regularly I am highly reactive too. Started the process of elimination and am looking forward to positive results!

The process was well done. I recieved the package, registered, mailed it in, and recieved my results. I did think the packaging and instructions could be better. The instructions are practically non-existent in the package. You get a link to to a video only after registering. There is tons of cardboad with flaps and holes making it look all glamous but it is just annoying. The mail in envelop is hidden under all the glamour, but nothing tells you that. All three needles broke in my package broke. The twist and pull caps are apparently made with cement! I had to use one of my own needles to draw blood. But it is all worth it when you get the results and learn a little more about yourself than you knew before.

Simply follow the instructions inside the kit and watch the online video. Prepare everything ahead of time. Once mailed they received the kit right away and sent over the results. A sensitivity test is helpful because it helps you understand what you experience reactions to certain foods and it confirms any suspicions you may already have.

I have had gut issues for approximately 5 years and finally decided to do this. It turns out that I had a reaction to 29 foods... cow's milk and gluten at the top. So these results will lead me to try an elimination diet to determine what is really causing me symptoms. Although I'm bummed at the idea of losing some of my favorite foods, I feel really validated in my difficulties and I feel like I know where to start now with my elimination diet. My family was so intrigued with my results, two of them just ordered tests as well.

I just completed my food sensitivity test. This was recommended to me by my personal trainer. I was a little skeptical at first but when the kit arrived I was put at ease. It was super easy to use and the results came back really quickly - just a few days. I was so hooked that I ordered a few other tests too - this time working with my personal physician. Given the current climate, I'd rather not go into a lab, and doing this from home was fast, easy, and safe.

I wish I would have bought this sooner! This test was so convenient and gave me answers to my stomach issues. It was very accurate, it picked up on allergies I knew I had, but also on a dairy sensitivity I wasn't aware of. I'm feeling so much better, the stomach issues, fatigue and brain fog are gone!
