I would buy this again and even try the other test they sell

I have been wanting to see if I have any stomach sensitivity to any foods is the reason I bought and tried it. This brand was recommended to me by my daughter who had a friend use it and they were able to change some eating habits and they feel much better, this is my hope. I do however recommend on the instructions that the company highly recommend watching the video when it comes to pricking your finger, I did not at first no I really struggled( believe I pricked to far over on the finger)and my finger was very sore for about 3-4 days.

Hard to say

I have mixed feelings. I did post my referral link on my health coaching page, but when my son's and my tests came back nothing came back more than with mild reactivity 10-12 mildly reactive and they were fresh foods we probably wouldn't remove from the diet. I was underwhelmed with how it turned out. I would recommend but only as a first step.

Absolutely Positively Pleased!

I have struggled with digestive issues my entire life and have been tracking the foods I eat and the reactions I have for years now. I was convinced I was sensitive to milk, gluten, coconut, squash, and a few other things. My test showed EXACTLY that. Plus, it pointed out that I have a yeast gut imbalance because I am sensitive to both brewers yeast and bakers yeast. This explains why when I eat gluten free bread I still don't feel that great. I found a gluten free bread now that doesn't have yeast and I'm amazed at how good I feel when I eat that instead of regular gluten free bread. I'm so happy I finally ordered this test! I had been meaning to for a long time, but didn't want to spend the money. I am thoroughly convinced this test is accurate and worth every penny. Everything I suspected I was sensitive to showed up on my high or moderate reactivity list. I'm impressed!!

Helped Give Me Inisght

This is a great starting off point to help you understand what food sensitivities you may have. I started reacting to different foods but had no idea what could be causing my reactions but taking this test helped outline which foods to start eliminating. Within the first few days of eliminating my top few food sensitivities, I felt tons better!

Very useful and interesting

There were a few results that were surprising and a couple of results that confirmed suspicions. Was worth it although I would like to know more about the food that I was "mildly sensitive to" - will the sensitivity increase? Does it mean to completely eliminate them or just cut back?

This test could change my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without this test, I would have never known which random foods are causing me issues. I knew I had problems with gluten, but never would have suspected that peanuts and sesame oil were my biggest sensitivities. Knowing which things I need to avoid is going to help me find meals that won't cause me pain.

Would recommend

I really enjoyed my everlywell test and it helped me identify foods that upset my stomach. I never had serious reactions to food, but would occassionally feel some discomfort. Taking this test helped me feel more confident in what I was and was not eating and gave me some useful answers. The test was simply and the process was quick. I also love that there's an online portal to track and view your results.

Good product to start taking control of your nutrition

Overall is really good, but it could be excellent for the consumer. 2 suggestions 1. on each food result after the explanation it provides additional resources. Those resources could be expanded given the fact that they all mention the benefits/ values of eating that food, but if your result is highly sensitive to it, then the information more resourceful would be substitute food with same nutrients, or similar to that. 2. The partnership with Helix to include DNA results didn't impress me at all. Found it very vague or superficial. I was expecting more information.

It's a great place to start

The testing that they do isn't 100%, but it is a starting point to help people figure out what foods to avoid. My doctor ignored me when I addressed concerns on food allergies after getting hives from eating something, but I didn't know what. As soon as I changed doctors, I sent my results to the new doctor and he referred me to an allergist. Even in the first week of avoiding 5 or 6 foods, (I had abnormal reactions to 20 things overall) I can tell the difference.

Fast (and Surprising) Results

The process was very easy and the results came back within 7 days. However, I was really surprised that so many of the foods I eat daily produced a High or Moderate reactivity level. For example, yogurt, strawberries, coffee and cinnamon were "high" and "moderate" reactions and that's what I eat for breakfast daily. Most salad ingredients were "moderate" or "high", including kale, cucumber, soybeans, mushrooms, lemon (I use lemon for dressing). It just seems unlikely that I am experiencing a high IgG reaction to virtually all of the foods I eat daily but I'll definitely follow up with my PCP to verify the results and then try an elimination diet. The results DID verify what I had already assumed about gluten and wheat so that was reassuring.
