- 3 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/25/2019I have regular stomach aches and skin problems, as well as a family history of problems with inflammation. I was excited to take this test to help me identify foods that could be irritants. The test itself was easy to use and I got my results back in the promised amount of time. I was really surprised by my results. The test showed that not only do I not have any high reactive foods, but I don't even have medium reactive foods (my results were 21 mild and 75 low). I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel like I wasted my money, but I can't blame the test for that. I guess my issues lie somewhere other than what this test evaluates. I should mention that my sister took the same test and had 20+ high and medium reactive foods, many of which she h...
Didn't help me, but could be useful for others
BrittneyOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/27/2018After years of skin issues I finally purchased an Everlywell Food Sensitivity test. The process was quick and easy. I ordered the test and it arrived within 24 hours, shipped it back and I received my results the following week. Who knew I was highly sensitive to crab, peas and green beans! I would highly recommend this product.
Food Sensitivity Test
Maddie the Lactose IntolerantOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/31/2019The food sensitivity test was very simple to use and my results were very easy to read. The only complaint I have was that it is advertised on tv and website that results are given with 3 to 5 business days. However, when you read more into the details, the food sensitivity test takes up to 10 business days.
Great produce
JenOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/9/2021We all use this product for the same reasons. We want to see what foods were sensitive to. I felt my symptoms were random. What I learned was so intriguing. And it makes complete sense. The reason I gave this a 4 is because I thought it would give me a little more results. All in all, I learned a lot. I knew a couple of foods but not most that I am sensitive to. I'd recommend it. Now, onto the elimination process.
Good stuff
DeniseOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/25/2022I had an issue with my initial testing sample. I was able to contact customer support and get the help and answers I needed to complete my sample. Results were provided within the week. Very interesting and insightful to see what foods are more sensitive. Easy to understand results and quality service.
Helpful and Insightful
Brittany AOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/10/2021I am so glad I did the EverlyWell food sensitivity test. I have had some issues with my stomach, I did allergy testing by my doctor earlier this year but my results didn't really help me. With the food sensitivity test, more things came back telling me exactly what I am sensitive too, and how much by a number on their scale. It was very easy to understand and to follow through with.
Definitely worth the try!
A healthy 20 year oldOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/12/2020Easy to use and very quick results... I had no idea that I would be reactive to several foods I eat all the time ! I'm going to start an elimination diet on them one at a time and see! I have terrible eczema problems and I wonder if that might be part of the problem.
Fascinating results!
CarolOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/18/2021My only regret? Not taking the more comprehensive test so I plan to do this again. I had been experiencing rashes on my face for some time and they got increasingly worse. I went to a dermatologist and they ruled out rosacea. Well. JUST as I was about to make fresh carrot juice, I got my results back and it said I was mildly intolerant to carrots and garlic (which I consume daily) so I cut them out ASAP. In two days... my skin was much happier. THANK YOU.

LaurenyOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 2 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase11/17/2017I loved the design of the product, ease of use, and the speed with which I received the results! BUT, I was disappointed when I reviewed the results. The foods that ranked highest for sensitivity seem to just be the ones I had eaten most recently before taking the test. So, I have concerns about the accuracy of the test. Is this common? Are there retesting options?
Just Indicates Sensitivity for Foods Most Recently Eaten?
RyanOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase3/18/2019I've been told i have zero allergies so it was reassuring to see that the EverlyWell food sensitivity test confirmed my issues with Cinnamon and dairy!!! Big eye opener on other foods I had no idea were causing me issues. I'm thankful for this test and the light it has shed on my digestive issues!
Confirmed what I've always thought!!!
ArmendaOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase6/8/2020This test was easy to order, arrived within a couple days, easy to complete with instructions provided and results showed up in my inbasket a few days after it was sent! Communication from Everlywell has been great. Navigation of my results has also been easy. I've loved the experience I've had thus far with Everlywell.
How nice to know dietary information specific to me!
LoriOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/6/2021The process was easy, fast and painless. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. I received my results within a week. Very surprised by the results and now I have a starting point of what I can start eliminating. Almonds and pineapple were my highest reactivity and I had 19 other foods under mild. So interesting! Highly recommend!

EmilyOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase11/11/2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without this test, I would have never known which random foods are causing me issues. I knew I had problems with gluten, but never would have suspected that peanuts and sesame oil were my biggest sensitivities. Knowing which things I need to avoid is going to help me find meals that won't cause me pain.
This test could change my life
BrandonOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/17/2019This isn't my first food sensitivity test but it's definitely the easiest one I've found! I love that I can order this on my own to keep track of my sensitivities as I have a lot of them. This will be something I do regularly to help maintain my auto immune disease. Thank you for this!!!!!
Quick, easy, and accurate!
AbbeyOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase5/13/2019The process was very easy and the results came back within 7 days. However, I was really surprised that so many of the foods I eat daily produced a High or Moderate reactivity level. For example, yogurt, strawberries, coffee and cinnamon were "high" and "moderate" reactions and that's what I eat for breakfast daily. Most salad ingredients were "moderate" or "high", including kale, cucumber, soybeans, mushrooms, lemon (I use lemon for dressing). It just seems unlikely that I am experiencing a high IgG reaction to virtually all of the foods I eat daily but I'll definitely follow up with my PCP to verify the results and then try an elimination diet. The results DID verify what I had already assumed about gluten and wheat so that was reassuring...
Fast (and Surprising) Results
lrd5007Originally posted oneverlywell.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/15/2022My first box I received I had a very hard time being able to fill the sample so I sent my sad sample in just to see what would happen. I got an email that the lab could accept my results but would send a new test if I wanted to continue. I had emailed with the customer service for tricks and tips on getting a better sample and they were wonderful. When my next kit arrived I was able to be successful in one go-round. If you have trouble - take a warm shower and take the test as soon as you can after!
Great Customer Service and Quick Results
Madelyn BOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/8/2022It was easy to use, and even though I wasn't able to get a complete sample, it was enough to be processed. The staff with whom I communicated over email was prompt and reassuring and provided specific steps to take to ensure the lab got what they needed. Thanks for your direction, information, and support.
Very helpful product
KelleyOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase2/8/2018Such an easy way to get the results needed and save the initial doctor visit. Now, I can take the results to my doctor and let them know that I already have results showing what I am dealing with and be able to discuss at the initial visit where to go from here.
A simple way to save a doctor visit and get the results
Island GirlOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/4/2022I've been having eczema for several months and thought it was food related. A nurse suggested a food sensitivity test so I purchased the everlywell food sensitivity test. My first test didn't have enough sample, even though I made sure the circles were filled and bled through the back. That was a little frustrating having to do it twice but I'm so glad I did it. Between getting the second test sent out (free of charge) and getting results took 6 days! Results came back so quick and found out I am very sensitive to egg whites. I had eggs on a daily basis, but ever since cutting them out the itching and eczema have reduced drastically. Definitely worth the money.
Worth the money
NalaOriginally posted oneverlywell.com - 5 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase6/11/2019Simple & easy. I always thought my stomach was sensitive to cheese on pizza, but come to find out I have a gluten and wheat sensitivity. I've cut the foods out that came back with moderate sensitivity & my stomach has been feeling so much better!! Way easier than setting up an appt, going to the to doctors office, then having them tell you to keep a journal for 2 weeks of what you eat.
Loved the test
